Laced Steele

It's entertaining. It's not the best NSFW Lesbian/Yuri/GL/WLW game in the world, but still, in my humble opinion, it's good, and I really like the characters. I will patiently wait for the upcoming chapters.

No much till now but is a nice prologue.This is by far his best job good renders nice story but i hope he gives the option to change the mc to a futa character and please dont rush the finish on this one like you do in a new home.

[Reviewed: Prologue] [Updated: ChapterOne] Very little here so far: The protagonist has arrived for a job interview at an apparently solely lesbian focused porn studio (which actually is a hidden coven of witches) and then goes back to her home after she unknowingly has manifested her own magic powers. In passing we also get brief introductions of all the current witches/studio members, and for each one that talks with the protagonist, we get a single good/not-as-good interaction choice. The job interview story line feels very abrupt to me. The applicant shows up and basically very shortly thereafter is in a lesbian porn scene (which can be skipped). During this scene (even with making it clear that they are using a green-screen) there are oddities like clothing just disappearing. I'd have preferred if there was some director interactions included during this scene: "action", "cut", "now take off your clothes and get back into position so that it looks like it's vanished", and so on. Otherwise, it looks like we're just getting the lewdness here because "it's a porn game, duh." The game mechanic immediately tells us whether the good interaction choice was made, and we're given the option up-front to name the protagonist other than the Vicki default. The models and the visuals are all very nice, with a range of skin tones; the protagonist looks to be roughly in the middle of these. There's background music that's fine, and there are sounds used like page turns and heart beats. The writing is all good, other than the suddenness of the whole "interview." [ChapterOne Update] We have most of the next day in the protagonist's story, and we get to meet the remaining potential love interests. (There's a typo on line 49 of c00.rpy where there's a == instead of a single = . This causes the script to believe that Lauren isn't of interest to the protagonist.) Again with each new woman we meet there's a single choice to make. Hopefully things become more involved as the story arc progresses. This chapter (if complete) seems fairly brief, but at least we get more of an explanation for why the protagonist may be special. I've rated this as 4 stars (good) even though there's not much here yet. The story premise is interesting so far and I'm looking forward to how it will be developed.
