Lancia di Luna, or "The Moon Lance" in other words, is a sandbox visual novel with some traces of Dungeons & Dragons mechanics. In this colourful medieval World, you decide the path of an overthrown princess whose ambitions often clash with thorned ways of reality. Astelia Ginkart, the Protagonist (Unless you rename her.) Stripped of her royal privileges and unaware of the lurking evil in every corner, she has to use a pinch of creativity if not also her feminine skills to fight her way back on top. Will she regain of her stripped royal title, or will she become a stripper? You hold her fate.

Their leader (with the higher HP) does grapple attacks now. This attack initiates a Quick Time Event and if it fails, Astelia gets captured. During this phase, there are two actions to take: Endure or Resist. Enduring is necessary to keep going while resisting helps to escape the situation. version 0.1.1.1 hm. no wonder nobody reviewed this so far. it's hard to rate. it's probably the most inconsistent game i've ever played on here. on some occasions it's really quality-like, sometimes being funny, some characters have flavour, sometimes it's not cliché at all, in fact interesting. then there are parts which are pretty boring and cliché and dumb. well it's early versions so i guess it's understandable that some things are very lackluster and barely work. but: my biggest problem is that porn(H-scenes) is weak. it's koikatsu engine, which has in-built animations, yet the game has no animations. (although i found in the script folder like 15 videos, but i haven't seen those in game.(maybe sex skills later on? so far there were no battlefucks)) idk the porn part is SO BORING, the scenarios are not bad in essence, but the execution i think is just bad. i think dev is a decent writer, although in some parts the quality of writing is surprisingly low quality, and there are a decent amount of typos, but it's acceptable. but he is just bad at knowing what makes a scene sexy/erotic. (i think) it feels like he just put the sex scenes there as "necessary evil" or something like that, and he would have rather just written the story/stuff without animating/directing the porn. but i could be wrong. tbh i should rate this 1/5, i usually rate games only on their porn part. but i take an exception because the game has potential, there are not that many bugs, i think i only found 1. and although some parts of the story early on makes 0 sense, but some parts are interesting. you can always fix bad writing and lazy writing, but you cannot really teach people creative writing who are unable. (or it would take a very long time). and he does show some creativity here. checking the thread, he probably works slow so this might not have a future, idk. i hope he continues and works on this because i see some spark of talent but imo so far this game is not recommendable to anyone because it's just bad and boring. but koikatsu is easy to mass produce and the basics of the game is already done, so there is nothing stopping dev to make a lot of scenes and fix/continue the story for the better. plus there is FF8 music in fights so that already deserves +1 rating. i will check back on later patches and change my rating accordingly.
