About Lewd Massage

Lewd Massage is a 3D adult management simulator made by TheAesthetik with Unreal Engine and animated visuals, including 2D CG elements. You play the owner of a newly purchased massage parlor near the edge of the city. Your first client arrives, and you earn money by giving massages, upgrading the facility, and building trust so clients open up. The game uses a male protagonist and a point-of-view approach, with themes of management, voyeurism, and teasing.

The current build is version v0.2, released August 11, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The latest changelog says the main game loop was overhauled, bonus items and target points were added to massage sessions, and a new mechanic was introduced for intimate scenes. It also adds zen modes for both massage and intimate scenes, a new client, and reduced size and improved performance.

You’ve just bought your first massage parlor on the outskirts of the city. As the doorbell rings, your very first client steps inside. Grow your business by giving massages, earning money, and upgrading your facilities. Build trust with your clients so they'll reveal their most intimate side.

The filesize is a crime. Almost 8 GB demo with barely anything in it. The gameplay is mediocre as well as the graphics. Sex minigame blows completely (bad). I don't see how this game could become good.
