Lost Solace

This one definitely deserves its high rating. Most if not all the LIs are cute in one way or another and the story is engaging from start to finish (its not even finished chapter 2 yet so the finished part is really short) As such there are only two scenes available so if that a deal-breaker, i suggest you wait before trying this out.

I should have reviewed this months ago! To be clear, it's early on in the development. So bear that in mind with my 5/5 review. I'm reviewing this how I experienced it ,and how much enjoyment I got out of it. It's a story heavy, low sexual content VN so far with lots of attractive love interests. Facial expressions : I want to put this up top because of how good it is. The facial expressions are incredible. They show so much more emotion that most VNs. Little glances, smirks, blushing, looking away, etc. All are very well done and add SO MUCH. Main character: attractive/charismatic/girls fall for him quickly - what you would expect, but I really like how the dev has written him. He isn't a horny teenager, is in his 30s and looks/acts like it for the most part. Love interests: extremely attractive and a variety of looks and personalities. Although all of them fall for the MC very quickly, which honestly, I like. I'm not interested in years of development before you start to have some real interest. It's a game. Story: not much there for now, MC is investigating some girls being kidnapped. Sex: not much, just a couple of scenes, and if you're playing more of a nice/cautious guy route, you can easily avoid all sex as it can feel a bit like you're taking advantage of a situation. Girls will be seen in different stages of nudity throughout the story, which is nice. Lots of eye candy without sex is a bonus imo. (wind blows girls skirt up, girl in bath talking, girl has nipple slip, nipples visible through shirt, etc) great stuff. I'll leave it there but say that this is really the only game I've played through over and over again just to experience it again. I played it so much that a LI that I really didn't like in the beginning really grew on me when I saw how much effort was put into her dialogue/facial expressions/thoughts by the dev. that is VERY rare for me.

No clue how someone can be a good enough writer to create a basic but interesting premise, know not to overuse exposition and even have some good dialogue, yet fail completely regarding anything to do with romance and MC getting closer with LIs. It is not only consistently jarring and full blown retarded, but it's also wasted potential as some of the LIs showed actual promise. Spoiler: LIs Making Sylvie go from feisty firecracker to blushing retard, letting MC fondle her tits within minutes is a disgrace. Why is Olivia jumping the MC because he said some nice words? I'd be worried she escaped from her caretaker. Dora, the hopefully red herring but probably not, felt more like she was sexually harassing the MC than anything and the player probably will feel compelled to go with it since we don't know what content would be missed. The Calli deep talk when MC decides to not fuck her is so cringe I'd rather not have to go through it ever again, at least just fucking her leads to the only good sex scene in the game, even if it's out of the blue and poorly placed in the story. At least Mio and Gemma aren't too bad. Gemma has history with MC and Mio, while acting ridiculous towards someone she doesn't know at least has been acting consistent. I'm not even going to mention the blatant threesome bait duo by name. The dev says he'll slow down the lewd scenes, good for him, but he has a much bigger problem and it's that there's hardly a single believable romance left in the game. Leaving it at 3 stars for the cute girls, non-obnoxious MC and plot potential, but selling yourself as a slow burn and delivering this means you deserve no more. Every single LI needs a rewrite, not in their personality, but in how they interact with the player.

This game definitely has strong potential and already stands out in a lot of ways. Visually, it’s sharp and stylish, with good renders, solid environments, and expressive character models. The presentation feels polished overall, with smooth gameplay, nice animations, and a fitting soundtrack/song selection. The renders are one of its biggest strengths, and the writing feels natural and meaningful, avoiding the usual cringe you sometimes find in the genre. The mystery/crime elements are engaging, and the pacing between plot and adult content is handled well. It’s still early in development, but the story is intriguing enough to keep you wanting more. The LI is diverse and appealing, my favorite being Mio and Sylvie. Calli is third after this update. LI offers a variety of personalities and character types. That said, one noticeable weakness is the romance pacing. Many of the love interests warm up to the MC very quickly, which can make the relationship development feel rushed and less believable, especially for a game that presents itself with a more serious tone. Hopefully, the dev can find a balance as the game continues. Nevertheless, this is a solid avn with only two chapters in and it's off to a good start. Looking forward to more content.

[as of ch2 p1] This game is a gem. The MC is cool and good-looking mature man. Not some kind of child that acts like whole world is his to claim. I hate teen-child protagonists. LI's are some of the best on this site, and looks very unique. I've been playing VN's and I've been here for years and didn't come across LI's like Mio. She looks very unique. Calli is just 10/10 redhead. And that brunette stripper left me breathless, what a model. Might be the most sexy model I've ever seen.(I hope to see her in the future). SO YES... The LI's are wonnnderful. I liked the MC, the LI's, the renders, the story is, to briefly summarize ''just a man helping damsels in distress'' basically, but looking good while doing it. (I mean both sides What's not to like ? I hope this game and its dev will be successful and the game will not be left abandoned. I'm very looking forward to new updates. (and I hope it comes soon!)

Very very good, still early but just from the current content you can clearly see that this will be top quality. Also for once a dev that understands that being assertive(dom) does not mean you have to behave like an abusive douchebag, thumbs up dev this is very rare to see an avn that understands that being dominant or confident is not equivilant to being rude or cruel. A couple of notes I will make is that the game seems to punish you for actually being nice(empathic) by either giving you point with a girl or a lewd scene with her. So far only one example, but I think it is the wrong approach. It is cool to let readers take different approaches to situations and allow scenes to play out according to the perspective we are playing from. But don't bar content behind one playstyle. Another thing is I think the mc needs to be more buff. He is obviously skilled, strong and an alround badass goodguy which is nice to see done well, but his skinny arms do not fit the rest of his body nor his ability to just smack other dudes around like ragdolls. I also think that this one, with the sheer quality of writing being displayed. Would benefit from slowing down a bit, make character interaction scenes longer and include more scenes that don't directly relate to the plot. Let the reader get to know the cast/girls better. The one major flaw I would say this one has, if you can even call it a flaw. Is that literally every single girl you've seen so far is extremely attractive. This is something often seen in avn and it really pulls down all the LI a bit when there no non-perfect female cast even as background. Also in case this is not a game that will include a harem path, makes the choice of LI impossible, choosing between a bunch of god tier beautiful models who are all sweet in their own way is just not fun nor engaging. A thing that at least for me has more than once resulted in me just putting an avn away instead of finishing it. For now I think this a 4,5/5 and will therefore give it an optimistic 5 in hopes that a few of the minor issues will be dealt with and that the dev manages to include a harem/multiple girls path that makes sense. All in all this is very well made and I will for sure be keeping my eye on updates for this one. Very much recommended, give it a try.

Really good game, creator made the MC a badass, but the choices are still reasonable. Visually the game is fantastic, the LIs seem fleshed out in their writing, time felt like it was flying by when I was playing. 5/5

I haven't played such a good new game since the Missing Part. This game is a high quality project with the excellent reders, meaningful dialogues, interesting story and amazing LIs. I really cannot wait until the next update. Pros: amazing renders fantastic LIs with unique physique and the face features cool MC story is interesting with lots of twists and smooth changes between scenes dialogues are top notch choices are given to the player where it matters environments are really nice and often full of people CONS: the second episode ended without a real cliffhanger one particular lewd scene felt forced two saved girls are not best-written so far. They switch from being paralyzed by fear, to the horny-tomb raider mode way too easily for my taste there are too many young LIs (20 y.o.) considering the MC's age Keep up the fantastic work, dev

Synopsis : Exact representation of how the MC is here. Full on badass dexter-esque mfker out her cappin' bad guys and saving the damsels in distress. My initial thoughts: I'm usually a HS harem fucker but this game might have grown the DAZ dog in me that I didnt consent to. This shit feels like watching a TV show, I literally just hit auto and didn't touch my screen other than for choices. It's that fckin good. Pros : Banger music and sfx Decent writing, matches the tone of each character and really uses vernacular that is common to normal people instead of long drawn sentences. Really immersive, paired with facial changes with eye blinking and eye brow changes or eye changes, dude this is a banger. Renders are beautiful. Omg so many beautiful LIs. Cons : H-scene animation could definitely use improvement. I have no skills with avn development so I can't speak of logistics but I usually prefer if devs early on stick with static renders but just make em hot like more foreplay or more talk during scenes which I feel like adds more immersion compared to animations that can feel choppy if not 60fps or whatever. I'm a fuckhead so take what I say with that in mind. Me personally enjoyer of slow-burn so stuff here kinda moves faster but I guess tis' the beast of nature with p0rn games. Doesn't feel forced or creepy like most titles but just wanted to mention it for those looking for really slow burns. It's still taking it's time but you will see tits so cover your eyes if you don't want em. Verdict : abso-fucking-lutely pick it up. Stupendo fantabulously phantasmagorically drafted eye-mesmerizing jaw droppin visuals paired with fantastic story. What more do you want? Finally, can I offer you an egg in this trying time?

I'm loving the game so far, though I finished it way too fast! I’m particularly interested in Theresa's route. I'm curious to see if the 'harem' element stays balanced or leans toward one girl, but so far so good. Can't wait for the next update! ✨

I really enjoyed that game. Girls are beautiful with realistic human charatcters, renders are great - including the blinking animations - and most importantly there is an intriguing story that keeps moving. My only complaint is about the sex scenes. They come out of the blue and seem a bit awkward, while the animations have issues. Overall a very good start with great potential.

Nope. Not feeling it. While i'm not question graphic quality, it is top notch. There is just no story. Girls hang on MC dick on sight. MC has no real troubles, or challenges. Opponents here just to pathetically fall from 1 hit. No riddles or real investigation. All possible answers will be delivered by hot girl on 1st occasion. Oh, and ofcourse, all girls like each other from get go too. Smooth from every possible side. Too smooth, and bland. It's soo boooring. Man, i like this game, i really do. But i can not not skip it from couple frames every time i try. Make MC suffer, like real suffer. With bruises and bleed. Make opponents deliver some damage back before they fall. Make questions more heavy, hard and unanswered in next scene. Make girls real mean something, not just hang on dick this instant. Let them be bitch, demanding, and suffer too. Make hard choices, costing some blood. Less dumb "flirt"-picks on every occasion. Currently (0.2a) only strong point here is graphic. It is just serie of a beautiful renders.

Good writing, interesting premise, pretty art and gorgeous models. My biggest "gripe" is that I agree with the red head working the tea house, MC has a face that just screams entitled dickhead . Really interested in how this develops.

Well this certainly has... potential Let's start with the good first: Renders quality and environment are good, the cinematography is decent but the over reliance on dutch angles just feel so disorienting for no real reason (WHY IS EVERY SHOT NEEDS TO BE TILTED), using more cinematography techniques will help the visual style of the game to not be too samey. I always appreciate a game with good character expression and this is pretty good at that. Characters design are mostly good with the exception of the MC's beard and skin tone (this is more of a personal taste thing since i really dont like the style of the beard and his skin tone a bit too pale, in some shot he looks like a corpse). Plot and writing is fine for the most parts, it hasn't really developed a lot but its still early in and it intriguing enough for players to want to know what happens next I dont really play AVN with mini-games but at least the game has the option to turn it off so it's appreciated. The bad (for me): The thing that i really dont like about this game is how fast the LI just instantly warm up to the MC, it just feel cheap and consider how this game is a proper "serious" game with an actual plot and not just a harem fuckfest the tone just feels off to me And im not just talking abt Dora (shes obviously a plot related character so her instant "attraction" to MC is at least explainable) but almost every LI after 2 interactions (1 in the case of Olivia) with the MC just start failing in love with him by just talking to him and that is just so boring and fake to me. For that reason i cant take the relationship building in this game seriously. All in all still a good game with qualities that are above average in this space and its early in so there's still potential for improvement, but im probably just gonna focus on the plot with this one.

This one is top-tier game. A really great story with adult elements and some mystery background story that keeps a good pace on sex content and stuff. The female characters and potential Li's cover all type of tastes (blond, busty brunette, asian, ebony, milf, teens, even a green haired rebel type lesbian-bi) Story wise, in this genre, mystery- crime stuff etc, top 3 game in this forum

As I feel the need to leave a rating specifically for this work, here are my first impressions: Great, sharp graphics and top-notch style with a fitting soundscape. Smooth gameplay, effects and animations (why not use what's handy?). Likeable and diverse characters. Clever script and pacing so far [0.2a]. Nice h scene. First and last entertaining texts with subtle humour and some bite.

I just wanted to give this AVN five stars, but there's a minimum of 200 characters required, so I'll just say I enjoyed everything and recommend everyone give this AVN a chance, you won't be disappointed.

To quote a previous reviewer, "finally, some good fucking food" is exactly the thought I had when I started playing. Do you know how difficult it is to make a good AVN? Apparently, quite, but this one dares to do something like having dialogue that didn't make me cringe even once, was meaningful, and the story that accompanies it isn't nonsensical. Seriously, I cannot praise the writing enough. Visually, the game is good even as it is, but I reckon this dev is gonna get a lot better, as it is, the only things I can think of that can be improved in any capacity, are the lighting and the color science. The only real critique in any shape or form I have, is that in some instances, the music doesn't fit the mood of a given scene, but compared to how much this AVN does right, and considering it can be fixed, it's not worth taking a point off of it. I will be watching the progress of this one with great anticipation.

I thought it would be short since this is quite new, but I'm surprised with the amount of the current available content. I don't know how often this will get updated by the dev but I just hope it won't get suddenly abandoned like many others. This has potential, I like it so far. Overall 4.5/5 from me, will be 5/5 if this get updated consistently.

It's really good! Good writing, an intriguing scenario, and interesting characters. The best thing is that this game isn’t some generic slice-of-life sandbox, but a story with an MC who has strong motives and a clear goal. Finally some good fucking food of a story! The graphics are just beautiful! Not only are the renders high quality with really good lighting, but the characters also have natural faces and detailed skin. Every one of them is sexy, but thank god it’s not about “giving them identical gigantic tits". Every girl is very unique in terms of design. For example, I recognized a character who was shown only in the first few minutes of the game much later on, even though she had different hair and clothes, just because of her eyes and facial expressions. And huge thanks for the natural facial expressions. I’m so tired of the typical “grinning ear to ear in every unclear situation, with insane wrinkles around the mouth and all teeth on display". At the time of the review, the game has only two short sex scenes, which is very little. But i don't mind, because I genuinely enjoyed everything else in this game. The mini-games (combat scenes) are very simple, but I like their logic. The protagonist wants to incapacitate an enemy with a single strike? You are given a choice between the throat, the solar plexus, or a precise kick to the kneecap. Extremely vulnerable spots, and that makes sense. Need to kill an enemy with a knife? You can choose either the neck or the arteries in the armpit. Two enemies are coming at you at once and you have to choose who to hit first? Probably the one who is pulling something out from his back. Turns out he was pulling out a gun. It’s just logical and so fucking John Wick-ishly cool! But there is one thing I didn’t like: Most (5 of 8) of the girls are too... slutty? That makes them feel somewhat... the same, despite clear differences in their personalities. It also creates dissonance with such a small number of sex scenes. They are openly flashes to you and flirting, but it never actually leads anywhere. I think it would have been better if less of them were so explicit and there were more development.
