About Lost Times

Lost Times is an adult management game made by evelai with Ren'Py, set in a post-apocalyptic sealed shelter called Secret Refuge. You play as the gatekeeper, choosing which outsiders may enter while balancing three factions that try to win your loyalty and guarding the facility from threats outside its walls. Every decision can bring danger or reward, and the story presents no clear answer to what is right. The art uses animated, AI-assisted CG, with parody and corruption among its themes.

The current public build is v0.15, dated April 4, 2026, and development remains ongoing. It is available for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English, without censorship. This update finishes Part 2 story and missions, adds adult scenes for shelter side characters, introduces new outsiders with short scenes, and includes a mini game about raiders in the gatekeeping area. It also adds a criminal hunting mission for Viktor, new workers and commanders, higher VEX income from shelter jobs, adjusted work dialogue stats, new end-of-part summaries, Mira's robot body with adult scenes, a redesigned main menu, quest bug fixes, and updated characters.

Survive as the gatekeeper in the Secret Refuge shelter, decide who gets inside, earn the factions' trust, and most importantly, protect the shelter from the dangers beyond its walls. Spoiler Lost Times is a post-apocalyptic world set inside a sealed shelter called Secret Refuge. You are the gatekeeper. Every day, Outsiders arrive at the door, and you decide who gets in. A bad call brings risk into the shelter. A good call earns you power, reputation, and new opportunities. But no one will ever tell you what the “right” choice is. Everything here has a price. Inside the shelter, three major factions are fighting to pull you to their side.
