About Lust Asylum

Lust Asylum is an adult adventure horror RPG made by MadameCreep with RPG Maker graphics and a 2D CG style. You follow Neil and Debby after they become trapped in a strange forest filled with cultic signs, madness, and an alluring otherworldly figure called Elesan. The game blends exploration, hiding, and survival as they move through zones, use a flashlight, and face a stalking presence while desire, fear, and hallucination blur together.

The current build is Chapter 3, released on February 12, 2026, and development is ongoing as a short early-access project. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The latest update adds 26 art pieces across six scenes, two animations, roughly 3000 words of story, and stamina mechanics. Earlier chapters introduced stealth, flashlight use, eight map zones, sidequests, lighting, health and lust bars, and a move to RPG Maker MZ for a better interface.

Lust Asylum is a dark, erotic horror RPG that follows Neil and Debby as they become trapped in a nightmarish forest ruled by madness, cultic symbols, and a seductive, otherworldly presence known only as Elesan . With no way back and something twisted stalking them, they must survive a descent into desire, hallucination, and fear — where reality bends, and lust becomes part of the terror. Explore, hide, and unravel the truth… if you can still trust your own thoughts. This is a short early-access release. More coming soon.
