About Mandatory Manager
Mandatory Manager is a Ren'Py adult game by Kana that puts you in the role of an employee whose promotion depends on Misaki, a newly assigned intern. Over a 30-day review period, you train her, assess her work, reward progress, and punish failures to decide whether the company keeps her. The premise centers on workplace pressure and management, with outcomes that can advance your career or expose how harsh the office can be. It uses 3DCG animated visuals and a sandbox approach to shaping the intern’s path.
The current build is v1.02 EA, released April 18, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, is available in English, and is uncensored. The latest update is described as an initial release with minor bug fixes. It also corrects a problem involving first-time access to the Ero gallery and watching replays during a run.
Developer's description
Mandatory Manager places your future in the hands of Misaki, a newly assigned intern who now stands between you and the promotion you’ve been promised. With only 30 days until her final review, you’ll train her, evaluate her, reward her successes, and punish her failures as you shape her into someone the company is willing to keep. The company expects results, not excuses. If Misaki is hired, your career moves forward. If she isn’t, you’ll learn exactly how unforgiving this workplace can be. Will you shape Misaki into a successful employee… or ruin her before the month is over?
