Master of the Earth: Reborn (R)

Yup average but enjoyable. I don't like sandbox style AVNs too much, as the story always gets out of whack there. The art was ok with male models mostly similar and females were well magically enhanced so thick it is.

The gameplay is kinda rough around the edges, the story felt a little disjointed halfway, seems like the dev kinda changed the plot mid development which lead to a few plot holes. However it was actually a massive upgrade on the story with the plot twist and everything, though the sex scenes and the graphics are a little dated the story easily carried the game. Final comment: If you're gonna give it a try it might be a bit rough at the start given there are no tips or quest logs and the gameplay is a bit dull but after progressing the story a bit it really improves quite a lot.

Well, I'd like to give this higher marks, but it fails on so many things. To be honest the graphics are OK but not the best and the women are fine as long as you are a chubby chaser (not me). The whole magic system is weird to say the least. I am running towards what I think is the end and the first two spells in the spell book are still missing for me. I also have one scene (where MC gets his ass beaten by some guy in the slums) that I CANNOT win and have no idea how to pass it or if it's even something you can win. Most of the game is just repeated scenes (I check every now and then to see if anything has changed). Doesn't look like any stats can now be added to so I'm just clicking on the new thing in the bedroom, so the map of the city is now redundant (and has been for a while). Not really clear what the writer was trying to achieve but it's pretty much of a non-sensical system (in my opinion). But, if you want something while away some time and you like the larger ladies then go for it. Personally if I'd known what it was like I'd not have bothered.

I will grant this game 1 star for some visuals and character desgins that are nice to look at (not stellar mind you, but good enough.) And... That's it. There is not much to be frank, at first you learn spells and have a sandbox that seems interesting, but you quickly learn that thoses spells are most of the time 1 time use only, and the sandbox aspect is non-existent, only content gating while you spam the money spell or give money to girls. Why giving the choice for the player to input differents spells that he needs to learn first, but only work once, in specific situation ? i don't know personally, the dev might have seen something with this gameplay loop but i do think it missed it's mark. The end is a cliffhanger that foreshadow a sequel, don't know if it's worth playing based on this version.

It's built like it is supposed to be a trainer, but there is no logical progression. You can just spam leveling up skills/money and it feels like a job with no payout. The "lewd" moments are just flashes of lame screen grabs with bad graphics. There's no real story and sadly the magic progression is half-baked (but honestly, unlocking spells is the only half-interesting thing about the entire game).

Three stars might be generous but the game was interesting enough to finish, which means it's doing something good. Amazing girls liked them all. Nice short animations even if they appeared dated. Nice story writing. Not grindy at all I am not sure what everyone is on about saying it's grindy! The game isn't too wordy you get to sex scenes fast enough, while still maintaining the integrity of the story. I'll play a different developer game before playing the sequel.

Degraded mess. There is not much to say about this game except it's not really a game, just a collection of episodes about some extremely boring bullshit. Not even some good renders can salvage this, because they are just some renders and nothing more, no meaning in "game" plot, no game integrity, everything feels out of place, like forced to be there for the sake of being put there. 1* , it's one of those very rare cases when you regret even trying the game.

The animation style was good enough and there were quite a few rather cute characters, but over all the game felt a bit clunky and the UI could be much better. It was also difficult to figure out what exactly should be done to progress in the story and ultimately was just fine but didn't blow me away

I really didn’t enjoy this game. The story feels disjointed and makes little sense, and it seems like things are happening just for the sake of having events, rather than because they’re logically driven. The main character (MC) is incredibly frustrating—he’s weak, naive, and constantly gets manipulated, with no real choices for the player to make that could impact the story. It feels like he’s just being played, and that’s honestly annoying. The characters continuously hide things from the MC, betray him, and he always falls for it, which makes him seem incredibly gullible and unrealistic. The lack of meaningful decisions just makes the player feel like they’re along for the ride rather than actively engaging with the story. And when it comes to emotional stakes, like Alexis getting pregnant, the game completely drops the ball. We’re told to take care of her, we profess our love, and then the baby disappears without explanation the next time we see her. No one acknowledges these huge plot points, and it just feels like the story doesn’t care about continuity. The plot is filled with characters who make stupid decisions for no reason, especially in the final storyline. Everyone just gives up their powers without a second thought, even when the obviously evil god lies to them. It’s painfully obvious what the outcome will be, yet they act surprised when they’re betrayed and killed. That kind of lazy writing just makes the whole thing feel cheap. It’s clear that if any of the characters thought for even a moment, most of the conflicts could have been resolved quickly, but that would get in the way of the “story” they’re trying to tell. The entire experience just feels convoluted and poorly thought out, and the lack of coherent storytelling makes the game feel like a waste of time. After playing this, I honestly feel like I’ve become dumber by association. The writing and design just didn’t live up to any expectations, and it felt like a total waste of a few hours that I won’t get back. Honestly, this game should have a “retard” tag added so people know what they’re getting into and don’t waste their time.

The story is the best part of the game, with some plot twists but nothing mindblowing either. The renders... Not fan of the body type but to each its own. I feel like the maker didn't know how to progress that game and the mechanics were strange, and used this as a ren'py initiation. Then when done with it, concluded the story super-fast to move on from the current game (in a very nice and original way I would say!). There's a few bugs here and then, but didn't stopped me from finishing the game, and a lack of a gallery mode but it should be very easy to see all content anyway.

So few AVNs are made in VaM, which is why I hate to give this game a poor review. I genuinely think VaM can be the future of AVNs, but it doesn' look like IndianaTK has what it takes to be a pioneer in that space. I played this game a while ago, so I just have some notes on why this deserves 2 stars. - Tedious freeroam. It can be fun if done well, and this is not. - The first half or so of the game is not animated. VaM's strength is in it's exceptional animation capabilities. If you start out on an AVN but don't want to do any animating, just use DAZ. - The animations that do exist are poorly looped and low quality. - Not good incest - Slow first half, exhausting writing. - As many others have said, the MC is remarkably dumb. - Low quality backgrounds. - Cliffhanger ending, and it looks like it won't be followed up on. Never Meet Your Heroes is in fact a sequel. I assumed it wasn't when I wrote my review. Still, that game takes the story in an "alternate universe" direction so it's not necessary to play this game to follow what's going on. I still plan on checking out the dev's other games, but as this is my first one from him, I don't have high hopes.

It's kinetic novel put into sandbox with retarded plot and terrible writing. Renders are okay. Kinetic novels rely on good writing to carry them and this just isn't it. What's worse it's put into sandbox and it forces you to grind (money and stats to progress story) and type "spells" for no reason at all since you can only use thing meant by author, everything else has no effect at all. Not to mention abandoned elements (stats with girl progression) and bugs (like can't change receptionist outfit). It's trash. Nothing more to say.

I played the game from start, almost all the way to the very end. I had to delete it and save myself from smashing my face through the computer screen. I stopped playing right after the MC gave all his magic powers to the bad guy (who is VERY obviously suspicious). It was just the final straw. At the end of the game, it felt like i was playing an actual retard. Th writing is horrible - plain & simple. The concept is cool, and the CGs are pretty busty & hot - so that adds a star. But holy hell, the writing is some of the worst ive read on here.

Do not waste your time on this. I hate to be overly negative about a porn game, but I'm writing this as a Warning so you won't have to suffer through this hell of a plot. The game starts off fine, but the second half is just sick joke after sick joke. 2/3 of your "family" betrays you in a totally shitty way akin to NTR (more than once), they physically torture you and even laugh at your pain; the loyal older sister that do stick with you, gets pregnant and out of nowhere loses the baby; The final villain of the game mimics Pain's "This world shall know pain" scene from Naruto (it's ridiculous). Some girls are killed on-screen and it's implied that the rest will be killed shortly after while the MC is thrown out of the world alone and powerless. And after all that the villain even breaks the fourth wall to address the player to basically say "Fuck you". I don't know what this dev is thinking, but this game is really shitty to the player, It's the opposite of a power fantasy, this does not deserve your time.

The game started out good but after the betrayal it started going downhill and just got worst and worst until the terrible and rushed ending. All these wise centuries old being suddenly turn into idiots that believe anything they are told. At least give Kandor a mind control spell to justify everyone turning into a naive child. I liked the animations and the renders are pretty good for their age. Writing was decent and the English was good. That ending tho... So bad. I hope the author sticks to the way he made the first half of he ever makes MOTE2

Oh man I feel cheated of my time. positive: -great music -There's something of a Metroidvania about using spells - Quite an interesting story and a lot of playing time.... - I've seen the graphic style of the characters so rarely. -Beautiful girls and good animations... negative: -It didn't deserve Incest tag -.....the story has some plot holes and the twists near the end are ridiculous. -The story has an open and unsatisfactory ending. -quite a few sex scenes are not animated Spoiler Conclusion: The game could have been a little shorter. Instead of being able to continue a main story forever, the sandbox could have been filled with more events independently of each other. The worst thing for ME is that I mainly play and love Incest Games. Ironically, the only really good plot twist has the effect that the family is not the biological one and that the only blood relative gets a modest scene that is interrupted. There were still places at the end where you could have added it. As vanilla game top as incest game flop

The MC's fucking dumb like a door, the only thing good about this game in my opinion is the girls body models, pretty much all of them are thicc...buuut doesn't matter cuz the sex scenes are boring as hell, when i finished the game all I could think about was "What a waste of time".

Man, I try not to be overly critical of the plots in porn games, but the story in this was really ass. I think the reason why it bothers me is that it really feels like the developer lost interest in the game and started to try speedrunning it to completion. The constant twists and turns make very little sense and it was a bad experience. The main character was also pretty pathetic throughout the entire story and never really got any better. Most of the story was told through, in essence, clicking "next scene" in the bedroom. The sandbox portion of the game was barely even there. Most of the spells are story locked, but when you finally get the spell needed for something in the sandbox, it's just a big let down because barely anything happens. And the justification for needing some of the spells didn't make much sense a decent portion of the time. "I can't do something sexy because some nerd is nearby/people are watching. Do I either A: give up unless I know a magical spell to avert everyone's eyes? or B: wait until no one is around? I guess we're going with A, there's nothing I can do, my hands are tied. Sorry, penis, better luck next time." What I liked about the game was pretty much the part that I felt got the least attention. The spells, and using the spells on people could have been really good if enough work was put into it, but instead the focus became the really awful plot that was more of a kinetic novel experience than anything else. With how the game started, I thought it was going to be more in line with other games with a wizard protagonist where you can go around transforming girls with your spells, but very little of that happened. Instead the main character is going around getting dominated by everyone, even random little school girls. Spoiler And the whiplash of your "mom" being some evil goddess bitch who wants to kill you or whatever in the story, but then you can go to her room and have her do "silly faces" for you and give her some money was pretty bad too. It made it feel even more like the sandbox portion was very much abandoned and unfinished in favor of rushing the story of "book 1" to a close. If nothing else, at least most of the girls were hot. I do like some thick girls with big titties and a nice ass. The older sister was probably my favorite, followed by Spoiler the vampire queen . The sister really kind of hit that Topanga from Boy Meets World vibe that unlocked some old memories from my past as a horny young kid salivating over Danielle Fishel. Maybe the sequel is better. Maybe the developer is passion project -ing harder this time. I'd rather wait until it's complete before trying it though.

I came for the visuals, loved the story. Animations could be better but still good nonetheless. There are turns in the story where I would have liked to have options to choose paths but overall, the story is still good. They could have explored some of the school setting stuff, it would have added more flavour and scenes with people that were missing. But I did enjoy this very much, more than I had anticipated.

Have to say that I was a bit surprised by this game. From the ratings I thought it won't be anything worth playing but I enjoyed my time spent on this. I liked the characters (I am a bit tired of the absolutely perfect female bodies most developers use these days and for example Fatima was extremely hot) some of the animated scenes were also actually great (some not so much) the grind was at an okay level of you have to work a bit for the sex scenes. Can't really comment much on the story other than that I personally don't enjoy when the protagonist literally knows nothing the entire time. It's okay to search for clues and put the whole picture together by yourself but it's annoying to me when you are constantly surrounded by characters that know "everything" and "can't tell you". Just a small issue. Otherwise it was fun and also big plus from me for the developer since he is in contact with the community helps with issues and also provided the game. Can't really say that it's a 5/5 game but with the way the developer treated this community I think it deserves it. Thanks for the game! I'll be looking forward to your next projects please keep it up .
