Mech Academy is an adult visual novel based on multiple-choice decisions. The player will take on the role of the protagonist in this story and meet different characters and try to develop a relationship with them. The player's decisions will have an impact on the evolution of the story. "It is the year 2175, and you are the pilot of a Mech Guardian. These are giant war machines built to defend Earth from the Noxa, a ruthless alien race intent on conquering your planet. However, you do not belong to this period; you are actually Lieutenant Knight, a highly decorated soldier who lived in the 1970s. Because of a mysterious experiment, you have been catapulted two centuries into the future. Everything is new and complicated for you. Your world, the society you grew up in, is profoundly different from the one you are in now." Spoiler Following a strange series of interconnected events, you have been chosen as a pilot. Your new home is now Section 2, a training center led by Elara Sardana, a commander as charming as she is strict. Elara is a hybrid, half Earthling and half alien. You are not the only pilot at the base; Mei Maede is a rebellious girl with a sensual attitude. From your first meeting, she will show a strong attraction to you. Drana, on the other hand, is a Vorlanian, a princess of a people light years from Earth. Drana pilots the Ghost Mech. It will be very difficult to establish a good relationship with her; her strong, determined, dutiful, confrontational and above all hostile attitude toward you will not make life easy, but it will definitely be worth it to try to win her over. Lydia Helmer is a dark-haired girl with a delicate face. Lydia is the fourth pilot of Section 2. Like Drana, she also does not think much of you. Lydia is a very reserved, shy and closed girl. Getting her to open up to you will not be easy, but when she does, she will make you very happy. Irina is the chief scientist. She is very smart, a genius, but she is also very absent-minded and forgetful. She has an overly accommodating nature. In Mech Academy you will have the opportunity to meet many fascinating women, all with complex and well-defined nature and behavior. This ended like an SNL skit the writer's didn't know how to get out of. Looks good though. One LI isn't a LI and some characters are manic, if you're into that sort of thing. Not a lot of mech stuff, if you're into that sort of thing. More time is spent explaining how fake food works, so the writer has their priorities straight at least.

By far one of the best vn i have played. I love the characater building, you feel like you really did jump 200 years into the future. While at first the charcaters weren t that lovable the games build up everyone bit by bit. The story is good mc is well build models are good , the animations are a bit underwhelming, but it does the joob. Good job dev !

Amazing game, story and all is sexy and interesting. Loving humor elements and choices given. Liking also decision outcomes, could be better sex animations but sex scenes is realy full. i would say text font was a bit distracting also white on white hard to read, but i loved my time in mech academy, realy liking this developer also, think realy similar concept to criminal game. Will keep whatching this space samurai games, realy good story and writing. loving this games. In this kinda nsfw games is hard to keep your interest, but i think this space samurai games keep you interested because of choices, plot twists and new characters and lot of choices how to end your story. And thats makes this games playable, not only sex - but choices.

This game presents a good concept and an interesting main story, but it ends up being overshadowed by its focus on the relationships with the girls. There’s a clear imbalance between the two main narrative threads. The alien invasion and everything surrounding it feels like it’s constantly pushed aside in favor of relationship development, which is disappointing given how much potential that plot had. Exploring the invasion in more depth could have added much-needed weight and tension to the story. Instead, the game leans heavily into the MC’s relationships with the love interests. While that’s not inherently a bad thing, the execution ends up feeling underwhelming. Since the girls are the main focus, they deserve some credit. Every girl, even the supporting characters, has a fairly well-thought-out storyline and a solid backstory. They are given narrative importance and contribute to the MC’s development and the relationships built throughout the game. Unfortunately, several writing issues get in the way. Grammatical errors and awkward translations appear frequently, and this negatively impacts both the relationship-building moments and the overall experience. These issues make some scenes feel less impactful than they should be. The game offers a decent number of choices during gameplay, but they don’t meaningfully affect the story. You can even choose a path where you try to become a jackass and a jerk, yet nothing truly changes. There are no real consequences, and the game progresses toward the same conclusion regardless of your decisions. The main difference is access to certain sex scenes, although even that feels inconsistent, since some paths aren’t fully closed off despite your choices. Visually, the game does a decent job with character models. The girls look good, and the alien designs are visually interesting, taking advantage of how unfamiliar they are to create something distinctive. The male MC’s design is a bit extreme, but it fits the story being told. Most of the game takes place indoors, which feels like a missed opportunity to showcase more varied environments. While the interiors do support the narrative, they often lack detail and don’t stand out much. Animations are present but wildly inconsistent. At times they look genuinely good, but in many cases they feel clumsy, stiff, and poorly executed. There’s very little smoothness, and pixelation becomes noticeable, which hurts immersion. Their placement also feels off. Animations sometimes appear during regular conversations where they add nothing, while sex scenes — where they would matter the most — often feel boring or lack animation entirely. Combined with the heavy reuse of frames throughout the game, especially during intimate scenes, the visual experience ends up feeling repetitive and unsatisfying. Overall, this is a game with a solid concept and some strong character foundations, but weak execution, poor balance between story elements, and inconsistent visuals prevent it from reaching its full potential. TL;DR: Great game, great plot, amazing character development, but sadly a rushed ending. The game is great from start to near finish, the ending is very rushed and dumb but the rest of the game is great. My rating of this game would be a 7/10 with the missing 3 solely due to the rushed ending, definitely worth a playthrough. Spoiler: full review with spoilers Overall, my favorite thing about this game is the character development. I honestly hated Lydia after finding out the reason she was there unconscious is because she abandoned the mecha and attempted to flee. I hated how she knew that she was a coward, i even chose the decision of calling her a coward but i hated that she was too immature to leave the academy simply due to the fact of her family's name. Her freezing up at the final battle and dying because of it is a great example of how amazing the character development is. Another great example, is how jealous and crazy Elara became after MC fucks her. It's a great show of real life emotions that some women actually go through. All characters had great development throughout the game, but Elara's was by far the best. The thing that I hated the most though was that you're forced to be friends with characters despite the "antipathy" bar. I chose every decision that involved antipathy with Lydia but the game still forced a friendship and a sexual encounter (avoidable, i think). The rushed ending was a huge letdown to be very honest, i don't know if the developer(s) were ready to start a new game or what, but this game could have been prolonged instead of this mediocre at best ending. It's incredibly dumb that our first attack to the Noxa is successful and we wiped them all out, I think it should have been a failure, leading to multiple missions, maybe even new characters and then a successful final battle. I also forgot to mention, the fact there is no Mei+Drana or Elara+Sari ending is diabolical, I chose Irina as she was my favorite character, a genuine person which is probably hard to find in a crisis like that.

Story: The story was pretty solid. I liked the concept, it was unique and interesting. A man was sent to the future of time of alien invasion and giant robots are in a line of defense against the alien. Whilst the concept is great, there were some flaws to it as well, and that is the concept itself wasn't focused on enough, at least for me. I wish there was more fighting and action throughout the story. But overall, I find it that the story is great. It was executed nicely and it wasn't all over the place and cookie cutter. The characters are and engaging and interesting as well. For me, They're are really well-written in terms of their role and part of the story. My favorite parts from the game are certainly the bonding time with the LIs, where they slowly open up to the MC, revealing the issues each of them are facing, and some LIs have a really compelling backstory that adds depth to their character like Lydia and Drana . For me, this aspect was beautifully done. As for the conclusion of the story, it was all right to say the least. There are some parts of it that I like, but collectively, the final battle could've been better and the endings kind of need some more touches. Characters: Starting with the MC, I think he was really well done. The writings on him is just nice with the options of dialogue we're given. One highlight I'd like to point out is when he found out that alcohol, drugs, and real food (meat) is no longer around in the future is simply priceless . Appearance wise, he might looked a bit overboard at first, with jacked physique and all but considering he was a soldier from 1970s, I think it was fine. As for the girls, they're all looked great. Aside from the looks, they are all beautifully written as well with different personalities and traits like for example Drana being a race from different planet, with clear expression of disgust towards human race and Lydia being shy and scared with people and during combat. Visuals and Sound: I believe the dev really nailed the visuals. The environment, the graphics, the tone setting, the soundtrack, it was really well done. And I can't ignore the short scenes as well, not particularly from just the intimate scenes but the moving camera angles cutscenes. This aspect might not be a major thing but it makes a good impression. Verdict: Overall, I think this is really good AVN. There are some parts that was not executed well, but I think it was major and they nailed on the other aspects that are actually of importance. I absolutely do believe this game deserves more recognition for the work put into it. It's one of those hidden gems AVN you found if you really look deep. 4.5/5

Great game. Mostly a visual novel although choices do matter a bit. I can't see how this game is less than a 4.0. The characters are well-developed and diverse. The plot is better than most. The MC has the opportunity to nail many beautiful women and to save the world. The renders are well done, the scenery original (to me). Animations are brief but well-done.

This game is honestly terrible the ending is just trash. Its like the dev didn't even try and it all feels too familiar as in Monster Eye Games is definitely double dipping for cash as Space Samurai Games. Its pretty much a guarantee that they are the same person dropping shit games

Get into the damn robot, Shinji. Except... not really. What a confusing read it was, the simplest way to summarize this experience would be "aimless". But one thing at a time. Game start promising enough, with us getting sent into the future and we just so happen to fight giant monsters in giant mechs from invading aliens. However this entire premise is simply never developed. There are, from my memory, whole 3 scenes in the game that are in any way connected to titular Mech's or the academy part. Outside those chosen scenes this could be a baseball camp and nothing would really change. Another issue is, in the lore of the world a giant amount of various refugee aliens came to the world prior to events of the game, yet our LI are 3 humans, one half human that looks like human, and one alien that looks like human, so this entire part is just completely unexplored. The game also makes one of the worst first impressions you could ever give to the player, in the beginning our protagonist is an unimaginably chauvinistic, braindead, outstandingly rude sexist incomprehensible moron, yet somewhere couple episodes in he kinda becomes this zen monk of wisdom and equality, and then flip-flops in between those states as a full time schizophrenic. Following this observation, choices in this game are absolutely nonsensical and pointless, in general you are expected to understand personality of a character and act accordingly, but in here you will just pick options, check stat screen, see if sympathy rose up and then go back to check another choice, it's nigh impossible to gauge what is good and what isn't here. Love interests are severely underdeveloped, each got a very small personal arc and that's it. Secondary characters just appear as a one time shag and get nuked from the plot entirely like poor doctor. Their models are fairly nice though. Except Mei, she looks horrifying. And as a staple of such projects, insanely rushed, stupid and unsatisfying ending as a cherry on top. So while the game starts overall with good intentions it just jumps from one corner to the other, never developing a singular of it's concepts, plotpoints or relashionships and simply can't focus on anything at all. Just an overall poor experience.

The game starts with an interesting plot, very gundam, pacific rim, doom settings. But after a while the story progression goes bad, it slows down and never really picks up and then it just ends. It had great potentialbut never reaches it. The characters in general are fun and makes sense, the MC's rude comments are not just for the sake of being an alpha male jokes, it makes sense since he is entirely from a different time. But the character development of characters goes downhill with the story too. The character designs are pretty good, a lot of time having very good facial expressions. Sadly there almost no animations. I think the developer(s) can take a lot from this game and improve their future projects. As the name implies, this is indeed a sci-fi porn game featuring 5 main love interests. It takes place in the far future where humanity is at war with an alien race. The game starts off pretty poorly with showing us a protagonist that is a colossal moron. What's odd about the protagonist and a few of the other women is that they don't grow as characters, but they are shown to have extremely disparate sides to them. For example, the protagonist is a meathead moron who can't see other people's perspectives but then you suddenly run into a scene where he is extremely perceptive, understanding, and caring. It can feel a bit jarring at times but also refreshing that you aren't playing an imbecile for the entire game. There aren't a lot of sex scenes in this game but they are indeed hot when they happen. The game lacks a variety of body types when it comes to both the main love interests and the side love interests. Overall, the lore is as straightforward and entertaining as a Transformers movie. The big reveal at the end also creates a story paradox which doesn't make too much sense. Additionally, the ending is clearly rushed as only one of the love interests gets a an actual sex scene and none of the other endings do.

Elephant in the room: I put 3 stars because the game has some serious effort behind it and and it's completes. They tried something different, more story driven and it's a honest attempt, too bad it missfired completely. The story is basically Pacific Rim, from how the mechs work to the premises of the humanity under siege by kaiju throwing aliens. The positive ends here. And it's a lot more than many other games, that why i didn't give less the 3 starts even if i really didn't like this game. Why not? Well, dialogs are awful, sex scenes are unimmersive and boring, none of the LIs is much appealling to begin with. I'm not sure if you can choose not to engage any of the LIs. I tried very hard to avoid the Bimbo Commander bur then, out of the blue, i got a sex scene with her and apparently i was in the harem route with the Bimbo Manga Doll, the Bimbo Nerd, the Bimbo Alien Brawler and the Bimbo No-Personality other pilot. But after that i don't really know. I was completely uninvested and uninterested so i quit playing when i couldn't even reach the ending speedclicking. A wasted opportunity i daresay.

The game is marked complete but honestly it feels like it lacks polish. Just in my first 5 minutes of playing I ran into the issue of characters referring to events that didn't happen (i.e the line "why does he keep talking about sex, this may be due to the word fucking being used but is needlessly confusing). So overall pretty average of a game. I haven't completed it yet so I am open to changing my rating. I will say the renders are nice for most instances. The girls look pretty and the environment for the most part looks nice. But the aliens at times depending on the angle look like blobs but I guess that isn't too important.

When I first saw this game, I saw images of the MC and I thought, great... another beefy, horsecocked MC who was shallow and never made any mistakes and all the LIs would just throw themselves at him. I was, however, pleasantly surprised my assumptions were not all correct. The MC turned out to be a really awesome MC. You could play him as a chauvinistic pig with a big cock and a big ego, a decent honorable guy or anything in between. I loved being able to have the MC tell the other characters to fuck off or be sympathetic and encouraging when needed. It was really refreshing. At the end of the day, the MC was a complicated but ultimately decent man who was a "fish out of water" . He was one of the first MCs I really enjoyed playing and felt I could have him respond the way I wanted him to respond. It was also the best AVN in terms of impacts of the decisions. While the overall story moved forward regardless of your actions, the interactions with the characters and their relationships really made a difference, including who did or didn't survive the ending. The humor was great and all the LIs were distinct and unique with well fleshed out backstories. For the most part, the dev was able to steer clear of the obvious stereotypes. Finally, I am not really a fan of harem games, but for them to work for me, there has to be just a few LIs and while I still think 5 are too many, the dev was able to make it work. I could nitpick a few things, like some of the paths were not always accurate when it comes to the dialogue. Some of the earlier MC decisions were not reflected correctly later in the game, but there were just a couple of those. Also, the story, while really good, there were some elements clearly borrowed from different sci-fi properties, but it still worked. I also was not really satisfied with the endings. They weren't bad, but they seemed a bit short and there were some missed opportunities. Regardless, none of these "problems" take away from the overall experience. It was the perfect length, well written with strong characters and good h scenes. It checks all the AVN boxes. I am really looking forward to the next AVN by this dev. Really well done. It was one of the better games I have played... until it wasn't. The story was great until the MC was put in isolation. It felt like it was half way into the game at that point. After that it was super rushed and unsatisfying, really really badly done. Characters changed completely and many story elements was dropped. It's very clear that the author wanted to get done quickly and didn't care about the end result. Graphics was great, characters were great, writing was great and all that greatness was just pissed away. I would rather have liked the author to abandon it instead, that way i would at least have some good memories of it. A shame. Really a shame. It's the definition of wasted potential.

Holy shit! This is a really well made game, multiple choice decisions, quite engaging story, versatile cast, nice renders. 5 stars might be a bit over the top, but the game is finished and bugfree. That is a whole star unto itself. Well done Space Samurai Games, well done.
