Motel Heat is an adult dating sim with management and harem themes, made by Sensaur in Ren'Py. You play a man whose hotel career collapses after serious mistakes, forcing him back to the old roadside motel where his journey started. The property needs restoration, income, and repaired relationships with familiar people from his past. As ordinary work turns personal, choices and scenes develop around the women he reconnects with. The game uses 2D AI-generated art and supports Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android.
Development is ongoing with version v0.3, released October 15, 2026. This English, uncensored build continues the story with new scenes and events involving Nika, Vanessa, Irina, Audrey, and Rin. The update expands animated content, including new animations for current scenes, animated older material, improved transitions, and refreshed visuals. It also updates previous scenes, fixes bugs, reworks several gameplay elements, adds smaller visual details, and introduces a new language.
