Muscle Journey is a Ren'Py visual novel by Myon-San, formerly titled My Stepmom's Journey For Muscle. You play a man in his twenties, a company worker living with his stepmom Dorothy and stepsister Olivia, whose repetitive routine changes after a woman on a train asks him to help several women develop muscle. It uses 3DCG art and presents itself as a kinetic novel with a sandbox feel, with themes of female domination and romance.
The current build is v0.3 Public, dated June 15, 2025, and development continues. It is available for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android in English, with no censorship. This update adds two muscle growth sequences featuring Olivia and Dorothy, nearly 2,500 CGs, about 20 animation sequences, and continues events for Dorothy, Olivia, and Jenny. A special character appears near the end, the quest system receives a small update, and many minor improvements are included.

Meet a muscle fetish guy livin' with his stepmom Dorothy and his stepsister Olivia, trapped in a dull routine, doing the same ol' thing day in and day out. But everything turn 180 when he meets a woman on a train. Picture this: our main guy gets approached by a random woman on a train who wants him to help grow some serious muscle on a bunch of females. It's like his muscle fetish dreams are about to hit a whole new level!

Gameplay: You will play a man in his 20s who is a worker in a company. For now there is no FMG content, but in the future it will be implemented. In addition, I also plan to implement Height Growth and Breasts Expansion. And to get the next stage of growth, there will be a bit of grinding. Although this game focuses on FMG, there will also be other content, such as big boobs, small boobs, Femdom, Maledom, and others.

6. Dropped in a quest system to make your life easier.
7. Overhauled the storyline – whole new vibe.
8. No more sprites, just pure CG goodness.
9. Added a tutorial to help you out.
10. Got rid of placeholders on the map – everything’s filled in now.
11. Punched in roughly 7,000 lines of code.
12. Slapped a video on the main menu.
13. This feels like a brand new game, but I’m calling it an update because it sticks to the original concept.
