My Futa Girlfriend is a Ren'Py dating sim by WetDreamsGames/Tatami Visual, presented with 2D and AI-generated CG plus animated visuals. You play Ethan, an overthinking emotional procrastinator dragged by his best friend Ryan into a fourteen-day tropical trip with three women from his student years. The current build is v0.4.5, released on August 20, 2026; development is ongoing after the v0.4 initial release. This update adds Days 5 and 6, roughly 2,600 new dialogue lines, three new NPCs, and new sprites, CGs, and music. It introduces a hot spring/cabin ridge area and a vineyard estate, plus scenes tied to routes for mornings, bathing, evenings, and nights. Emily, Maya, and Claire also receive new nighttime scenes, and uncommitted saves get a second route choice on Day 5. The game runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android, is uncensored, and supports Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.
