My Sister & I is a Ren'Py dating sim by Tortilla Dreams, presented with animated 3DCG art and a male point of view. You play a man who has lived alone for three years in a new town after finding a comfortable job. After little contact with your mother, she calls to say your eighteen-year-old sister is moving to your city for college and staying in your apartment. The story asks whether you can reconnect after a long separation, while the end of summer stirs familiar feelings again. Themes include romance, humor, and pregnancy.
The current build is v0.9, released on September 16, 2025, and development appears ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, uses English text, and is uncensored.
