Masha is twenty-one, broke, and dreaming of saving enough money to start a farm of her own. One day she finds a "Naked Delivery" ad offering extremely high pay for courier work done in increasingly revealing outfits and filmed on camera. Take delivery jobs, choose outfits and transportation, manage Masha's shame, money, reputation and arousal, and decide how far she is willing to go for her goal. Streets, public transport, clients and random encounters will constantly test her limits.

v0.4 — Four Clients Who Are Not Buying Your Body
A content release. Four new clients, and not one of them ordered a naked courier for the obvious reason. Working out what each of them actually wants is most of the point.
New clients
Gosha
, a remote developer. Brilliant in writing, barely able to speak out loud. The earliest client in the game and a quiet harbour between the manipulators. Complete line.
Sonya
, a home confectioner from the next street over. Her order note says: don't ring, knock twice. Complete line, and the first one with a continuation.
Roman Pechyonkin
, a romance novelist. Fourteen bestsellers under a female pen name, and a study he does not leave. Five visits.
Nora
, who owns a designer boutique. Delivery after closing, curtain down over the shop window, and an order form with a condition nobody has asked for before. Her first visit ships here as a playable teaser; the full arc comes next release.
A client can have a second arc now
A finished finale is no longer the end of the road. The first continuation belongs to Sonya and lives in the morning routine.
The game has music
26 original tracks covering 28 situations, written for this game rather than dropped on top of it. Home and night, the warehouse, three flavours of route, flirtation, intimacy, parties. Three of the new clients get a personal theme, and each of the three endings has its own song.
The evening shower
Shower scenes are no longer a formality. There is a ladder to them now, it runs on how loose Masha has become, and each housing tier plays it differently.
You can see where the content is
- Every job shows how much story it has left. Exhausted branches collect into a "Done for now" group instead of leaving you guessing
- Client cards say "Visit 3 of 5" instead of a cryptic tally
- Job ladders show the condition for the next rung, so "I have 2500 looseness and nothing unlocks" stops being a thing
- Hints are optional. A new game asks whether you want them, and one switch in the settings kills them all at any time
Fixes
- The crash in Larisa's Special Events. Saves that caught it repair themselves on load
- Russian text leaking into the English build, in the morning jog and one of the intimacy scenes
- The prologue salary now matches what a shift actually pays
- Larisa's relationship line untangled. Familiarity grows from working together instead of a lottery of random encounters
- The couturier's finale no longer fires ahead of its unlock
- Long lines no longer overlap the bottom menu, and two street shots in the trainer's arc were redrawn.
Languages
English is fully in sync: all four new arcs, Sonya's continuation, the shower and the interface strings. Another 238 orphaned translation blocks were purged from the older files.
v0.31 — Bugfix and Navigation
No new content. This one fixes what players reported after 0.3 and adds navigation, so you can see where the next story unlock is hiding.
Unlocks no longer vanish
The big one. Special events (the orange lightning-bolt buttons) were shown one at a time, and if you simply didn't press one — not refused inside the scene, just put it off — the queue locked behind it permanently. Everything after it stayed silently hidden. The queue now rotates: a node that sits unplayed for a few days yields its slot and comes back later. The button also states how many unlocks are waiting behind it.
Old saves repair themselves on load — stuck markers cleared, queue state tidied. Nothing is lost.
What Comes Next
English text
A full editorial pass over the translation — 6,555 lines. English prose no longer copies Russian punctuation (7,801 dashes before, 59 now). Special event titles are fixed too; in the English build they were still showing in Russian.
Wardrobe and the morning jog
- The icon finally dims, with the required number next to it
- Three refusals in one morning close the Jog option until tomorrow
Balance and small things
- The clothing shop is no longer a shame farm — shame for a daring trip out is paid once per day
- Walk-home vignettes show up noticeably more often
- Textbox opacity in Preferences, and a Hide button in the quick menu
- The solo frame at the panoramic window in Vitaly's arc was redrawn
v0.3 — Life Around the Delivery
Where v0.2 built a city of recurring clients, v0.3 is about everything
around the delivery
: several jobs to juggle, real living costs with rent and debt, a walk home that's an adventure of its own, and clients with a surprise on the inside.
New clients
- Semyon Gavrilych — the elderly neighbor across the yard, the gentlest client in the game. Behind his warmth hides a secret of his own.
- Eduard the couturier — a top-floor atelier in the business quarter, with his own quiet, gradual way of working with Masha.
"Open Season" at the clothing store
A major new sales branch curated by gallery owner Diana. The store gets bolder in waves — the further Masha goes, the more revealing the racks become. All the sell-off storylines live in a new "Strip-sales" tab.
"Uyutny" — from side gig into full layer
Recurring shoppers with personalities of their own, random shift incidents, new private-economy shift modes with bonuses. Plus the comedic arc of Tamara Ivanovna — the reversal of "Uyutny"'s most moral watchdog.
Two new jobs
- Life Model — morning sessions at an art studio, a full ladder from clothed studies to open-air work.
- Keep a Straight Face — the Facade staffing agency puts Masha behind reception desks in front of the most serious audiences imaginable. Above the counter: an impeccable clerk. Below the barrier — things are a little different. Bonus scales with the seriousness of the visitor.
The bear shows its insides
The last two mascot deliveries rebuilt from scratch. The client now has their own channel into what's happening inside the suit — with a new mechanic best discovered firsthand.
Between shifts
- Walk home is no longer a black screen: oncoming passers-by, random scenes, and street clothing buy-backs
- Morning jog has its own scenes for every sleepwear outfit, a pond, and a couple of story turns
- Real living costs: rent, food, hygiene — go below zero and it becomes debt with weekly interest
Systems
- Shame ceiling raised 1500 → 2500, curve straightened — the ramp-up is smoother and longer
- Special-event unlocks now form honest chains: each rests on the previous one, not on any specific client
- Weekly modifier states (no-clothes challenge, casino, new "Uyutny" modes) share a system and combine
Art
All four leads — Masha, Katya, Larisa, Viktor — regenerated on a new generation of models; outfit sprites rebuilt from scratch. Over two thousand updated and new frames in total.
Localization
English fully in sync with 0.3 content; around 1500 orphaned translation blocks purged.
v0.2 — From Drop-offs to a Living City
The biggest update yet. In v0.1 every delivery was a one-off — arrive, hand it over, leave. v0.2 turns that into a city with recurring clients, ongoing storylines and a daily life between shifts.
Story & cast
- Prologue: who Masha is, and why she takes the job
- Katya — the faceless operator is gone; now a partner who rides along, teases, and has her own closeness arc
- Larisa — the service's lawyer, with a storyline that peels back the armor
12 recurring clients with their own arcs
- Oleg the trainer, Gennady the shame collector, Eduard's VIP casino, Alexei's camera-rigged mascots, closeted Vitaly, body-positive Taya, Artyom's geek bar, Grigory's "theater of control", Lev the theater director, Nikita the event manager, Igor the site foreman, Margarita the aesthete
- Each unlocks gradually as Masha's shame grows — the card tells you what's needed for the next step
New jobs & arcs
- "Strizh" courier shifts and "Uyutny" cashier shifts — pick your outfit, layer by layer
- Sale arcs: the wardrobe gets sold off piece by piece (Diana's gallery concept, Marina's striptease, Larisa's branch)
Firsts & relationships
- Milestone scenes: first touch, first solo, first oral, first vaginal (plus optional later steps)
- Closeness arcs with Katya and Larisa — close, intimate, lovers
- A special fourth-wall-break refusal event
- All gathered under "Special Events"
Life between shifts
- Daily routine: jog, shower, laundry, rest, sleep, shop, wardrobe
- City map with districts and real routes — travel time finally makes sense
Systems
- Shame reworked into a slow burn: higher ceiling, smoother unlocks, no grayed-out dead ends
- Order deduplication — no more random repeats on a shift
Art
- All art fully redrawn on a new generation engine — hundreds of new scenes, sprites and backgrounds
v0.1 Initial Release
- Prologue introducing Masha and the premise
- 63 outfits across 8 shame tiers
- 63 unique delivery events
- 3 transport options: on foot, metro, bus
- Client mini-games: dares, bets, and propositions
- Progression system: money, shame, reputation, arousal
- Adjustable progression speed in settings
- Full English and Russian localization
Great game focusing on exhibitionism. I particularly like the scenes set in Russian courtyards; they add a sense of tension. I especially enjoy the close contact with her colleague, who ostensibly does it for the money or at least pretends so. As things progress, they start to enjoy it, which adds a spicy touch. The visuals are excellent; even though they are AI-generated, the quality is very high, and there is already a huge amount of content available.
Very grindy and very soulless in character and art. Prose. Trying hard. Punchy. Unique. Unironically like this. So bad. It just comes across as annoying and perfunctory. Interactions with characters are boring. Perhaps the dev would say the game is slow burn, but very rarely did I find myself eating anything, cold, hot, or even which left me wanting more. A perfect representation of AI art all in all. The only reason I haven't given this a 1/5 is because it's a functional game. I'd feel bad reviewing a dev's game like this, but with this one, I feel the chance for offense is low. AI also maybe has some mild art problems, like getting confused whether something is cloth or skin and drawing the character with an odd pallor, that they look dead...not super appealing.
This game was so promising at a start. The MC looked fresh and I wanted to see more of her and what she could do. I also like the different happenings that slowly build relations and took small step with each person. But it was a lot of grinding and I started to get bored to looking at the same pictures over and over again. The path with the old man was my favorit but that turned out to be the worst path, everyday visiting the art school with no purpose. Then I finally reach some sex scenes I was disapointed, one or two pictures in fairly boring stances. No motions at all. I have to get it a 3 and it is not a strong one, for the MC look and the set up with many different customers. But this could have been so much better with small changes.
I love this game in this style. It is a very good AI game, so I highly recommend it. The characters are unique and appear in different scenes, which makes the gameplay very engaging and dynamic. Overall, this game stands out for its creativity and well-designed AI elements, making it a must-play for fans of AI-driven
cheap AI crap. I don´t even know why the game is that big when there is nothing. It´s just a waste of time grind fest that offers nothing as reward. And it´s boring. I wish there was something good to say but there isn´t.
Poor AI slop. There is nothing interesting here. I don't know if even the text is AI generated, or just horrible wrote, but read is a really annoying experienced. The visuals are even worst. Inconsistent and ugly is the best i can say about it.
Review of Naked Delivery [v0.3] Look, the idea is actually good, and it could become an interesting corruption game. Unfortunately, the dialogue is really bad. A lot of people are saying it was written by AI, and honestly, I would have expected even AI to do a better job than this. I genuinely tried to read it, but it gave me a headache, and I eventually started skipping most of it. That brings me to the graphics. Overall, they're fine. There are a few mistakes here and there, but nothing too serious. However, having the textbox permanently visible without any transparency option is something that really needs to be fixed. The game also needs animations. Static character images get boring pretty quickly, even if there's already a decent amount of content. I don't mind the use of AI at all. In fact, I think it's an interesting tool and can definitely be used well. I even used AI to help with this review—I wrote down my thoughts and then used it to organize them and correct my grammar. So, is this game a pass? Not yet. It has potential, but it needs more work. The story and dialogue should be properly written instead of that nonsense that is written at this moment, animations should be added, and some quality-of-life improvements are needed. If the developer puts more effort into those areas, this could turn into a genuinely good game.
A wonderful game with a well-thought-out plot. It's a great way to while away a few evenings. The game has its flaws for an early 0.2 version. It's nice that it's made in a language I'm comfortable with. The AI-generated images aren't off-putting, although some have their own unique charm. I look forward to further development of the project.
It kind of feels wrong to give a game that I completed (I think I saw every image in the game) a two star rating but there are some major failures here. Worst offense is this: the singular AI sex render (described in the game as a turning point (there will probably be more in future updates)) has one leg that fades into a bedsheet, that is described as a bench, and another leg that splits into two at the knee. There are other issues with the AI images, but that is the worst one and indicates that the dev needs a new workflow. Second the dialogue is AI slop, at first I was playing it off as AI translation of perhaps a not so great slavic writer. But another reviewer mentioned it's just full on AI generated dialogue, I don't know the workflow here but the dialogue doesn't match the images often and most importantly it feels utterly dead. (which was actually kind of interesting to me? It's a girl giving up her humanity to achieve her dream of buying a farm. But she doesn't start out with humanity to give up so it isn't very satisfying. The AI dialogue gives the whole game a very dystopian vibe, the characters feel like black mirror people each obsessed with a certain thing. I do love exhibitionism and I did enjoy some of the scenarios despite their terrible writing. The game is almost certainly not worth playing unless you are starving for exhibition content.
This game deserves a much better rating, but the AI generated dialogue just absolutely kills it for me. It's so jarring and I just can't get past it. The AI art is well made, the game is fun, but that dialogue is just killer. If someone went over this and just re-wrote it so it isn't so blatant it would easily be a MUCH better game. If you don't like AI generate dialogue just skip this, because it isn't a 'Possibly used AI text', it's a 'every single sentence SCREAMS that it was written by GPT' with absolutely 0 proofreading or editing.
Art AI slop: most images have glaring flaws, the author will not make me believe he actually checked them or spent time "refining prompts" whatever that means, there are descriptions in the game that look like the exact prompt used and they're not complex at all Gameplay: Kinetic VN that pretends it's not, "manage Masha’s shame, money, reputation and arousal" well only shame is useful and you don't have to manage it, it just unlocks the next scenes, if you do the scenes in order you will never have to worry about it Story: non existant after the prologue Masha has no personality, loses her shame with no real reason, choices that make no difference (go on foot/metro/bus are just different images, same for elevator/stair) Kinks: I should love that, this is 100% exhibitionism but there is no sense of danger or shock value (basically nobody on your way really cares that you're naked in the street), no embarrassment either so that's not enf
4/5 – Lots of flaws, but a genuinely enjoyable experience Despite its many issues, Naked Delivery manages to be engaging and memorable. It’s a messy game with clear weaknesses, but also a surprising amount of creativity and ambition. Pros : Huge variety of attires and fantasies – There’s a ton of creative content here, and it rarely feels repetitive in terms of themes. Clear artistic direction – The creator knows what they want to do and sticks to it. There’s vision behind the project. Clever use of AI. Gorgeous main character and beautiful pictures overall. Ambitious scope – 64 orders is a lot of content, even if the structure doesn’t fully support it. Cons : Terrible writing quality – The AI-generated text feels robotic and lacks personality. It’s hard to get emotionally invested. Way too verbose – The game reads like an overlong visual novel, but without the payoff. A lot of text feels like filler. Inconsistent visuals between orders – The images range from beautiful to downright ugly. The main character changes so much between orders that it breaks immersion. No filtering system – With 64 orders, the lack of sorting or filtering options makes navigation frustrating. No real choices or personalization – Decisions (like transport) feel meaningless and poorly integrated. Buggy – Already has noticeable technical issues. Failed systems and lore – Mechanics like shame, money, and arousal don’t feel meaningful or well integrated. The story is shallow and underdeveloped. Uninteresting endings – After all that buildup, the conclusions feel underwhelming. No content outside of orders – The game feels empty beyond its core loop. Clumsy use of visuals – Images often feel disconnected from the story. Overall: Naked Delivery is a frustrating but fascinating project. It’s full of good ideas and bold use of AI, but dragged down by poor writing, weak systems, and lack of polish. If you can tolerate its flaws, there’s still a lot to enjoy.
Game is clearly an early release, and a lot of the mechanics are just prototyped. Money doesn't seem to do much of anything yet, for example. And a lot of gameplay and progression elements are over simplified. However, the base part of the game is really well developed and there are many many scenes. You get hired to bring packages in whatever revealing outfit they desire. The scene is then mostly scripted with AI images, and you just have a handful of choices to fork the results. The game is already fun. However, with additional content, I think it will be excellent.
Nice idea, but poorly executed. (Hmm, I think this line was also the opening line of another AI game.) Why poorly executed? It simply lacks variety. Admittedly, the number of missions is increasing, but within the missions themselves, there's a lack of variety. Walk/drive somewhere. There's hardly any reaction from other people, or it doesn't matter at all whether you walk, take the bus, or ride the subway, because nothing happens anyway. The usual inaccuracies in image selection when there's no quality control. This is how an image slips into the game showing a back with two breasts. I won't even go into detail about the ubiquitous errors, such as different hairstyles, hair colors, skin tones, etc. What would help? More random events More quality assurance A more organized mission selection Perhaps customizable outfits A private life. FMC is running from job to job without a break, without any conclusions about whether she'll soon be able to fulfill her dream, etc. Currently only an average three stars.
As for the version 0.1, so the very first release, it is giving a bit of scene unlocker without any special feels unfortunately - story is barely anything, gameplay is totally repetitive, but on the other hand the CG is quite decent - yes, it has some AI glitches but there is a HUGE load of scenes already (even if they are quite boring and repititive). Needs a lot of polishing, but looking forward for updates that will make it better
It's mostly a scene viewer. There is a lot of content, but the writing isn't very good, it feels like the prompts for each images has just been plastered in the game. The renders are quite good, even if there are some of the usual AI errors here and there. Personally, I couldn't be bothered trying to do all the activities in the game, it gets boring and repetitive way too fast. As some others have said, the progression is way too fast too. In just 5 to 6 deliveries, you'll already be naked and having sex with strangers.
+ Lots of different spicy events with an emphasis on exhibitionism. + A lot of work has been done for the first version of the first game. + Minimal bugs (although I saw a couple, they weren't fatal). + The game already has several endings. + Slightly funny. - Image generation is good (in general, especially the erotic component), but the different backgrounds for the same location (for example, the main character's room) are a bit annoying. Even online AI tools make it very easy to do everything in a single location for at least a year. - It seems like everything is happening in our reality, but you realize how incredibly unrealistic it all looks. - Something is missing beyond missions, some ordinary life, interaction with regular characters, a storyline, an evil antagonist (just kidding), etc. I'm giving it 5 stars with a small advance and hoping that the author will continue his work. Good luck and success.
