About NEB Syndrome

NEB Syndrome is an adult puzzle game from Witch Yarns Studio, built with the Others engine and rendered in a 3D CG style. You play a male protagonist trapped in a dream after a condition called NEB Syndrome blocks his return to reality. His only guide is Mila, a seductive and mysterious woman who says the way out is to win a card game. Each victory brings her closer and removes another piece of clothing, while failure leaves the player trapped forever. The dream may consume him completely, and waking up may take more than winning alone.

The current build is v1.0, released on January 24, 2025. It is a released version rather than a demo, and it is available for Windows and Android in English. The game is uncensored.

Developer's description

You find yourself trapped in a dream. A mysterious condition called NEB Syndrome prevents you from returning to reality. In this hypnotic and dizzying world, you meet Mila: seductive, mysterious, and the only guide who can wake you up from this dream. But it won't be easy. Mila tells you that the only way to escape this dream is to win a card game. Every time you win, Mila takes a step closer to you... and takes off a piece of her clothing. If you fail, you will be trapped in this dream world forever. Will the dream end? Or will NEB Syndrome consume you completely? Mila is waiting. But remember, waking up from this dream will take more than just winning a game.
