About New Tenants

New Tenants is a Ren'Py adult visual novel by Lacidara that uses AI-generated CG art. It follows an American couple forced to leave their home and travel through Eastern Europe to escape war. You mainly play as the husband, Alex, and later also see events from the perspective of his wife, Ana. The couple must find housing, work, and emotional stability, while choices shape multiple paths and endings. The story explores themes of cheating, corruption, and harem.

The current build is v1.4a, released September 19, 2026, and development is ongoing. It is available in English for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, with no censorship. The update continues the Netorare path with two in-game days and four major events. It adds a NTR-only game over system using suspicion and intelligence, a choice monitor for replaying decisions, button-based PC interactions, a prologue skip option, and route completion choices.

Developer's description

New Tenants follows an American couple who are forced to leave their current home and move through Eastern Europe in order to escape the threat of war. Strangers in an unfamiliar country, they must find a place to live, new jobs, and a way to survive — both financially and emotionally. Author: I recommend playing on ARCADE mode if you want a specific path. Available paths in the game: Netorare / Harem / Alpha Male / Netorase / Reverse Harem / Alpha Female Each path has different content and characters might act differently. Spoiler Every decision you make will shape their future. Will they grow stronger together… or slowly drift apart? You will experience the story mainly through the eyes of the husband, Alex, but later you will also be able to step into the perspective of the wife, Ana, allowing you to see both sides of their relationship. Your choices will lead to multiple paths and endings, so choose carefully, because nothing comes without consequences. NTR/NTS is very avoidable, I don't want to say too much as I don't want to ruin the experience of the game.
