You will play as Garrick Reynolds, a news co-anchor. You and your female co-host, Cassandra Hamilton, are both alphas that clawed your ways to where you are now. The new problem is that the station is getting bought by a big news corporation and there will only be one anchor when the sale goes down. Both you and your colleague will try to sabotage each other to get that coveted spot. Maybe her college aged daughter would be a good place to start.

5/5 Found it by accident, tried, didnt expect much and got suprised. Very well done card game for a porn game standards. Also really hard and grindy so not for everyone. Even though i have experience in this type of games in my first playthrough that took more than 6 hours i ended up in situation where either i lose or i have to cheat, so i decided im not gonna grind it all over again and unlock stuff with cheats. Even with them game seemed hard which was even more funny to me. Overall if you know what to do and slowly grind up huge bank of money you can cheese or win this game rather easly. If you dont however, this takes hours of hours of grinding and you can end up nowhere. Game would need some rebalance here and there, but overall im happy i tried it and would recommend. Oh right, porn itself in this is decent but dont expect too much, its mostly pictures with ok artstyle, you get your revenge on her which is satisfying.

Fun concept, but so punishing the first couple rounds that after 3 hours, I still don't know what I'm doing. Her resource taxing what you need for stat upgrades is annoying enough, but then the RNG required for new cards, allies, etc is such a poor pool of events, you end up wasting a ton of days just trying to protect your meager amount of resources. I feel like the game needs more balancing, but with the "Completed" tab I guess it's not in the cards. Cheat code is "music" and absolutely essential for newcomers.

Very rewarding mechanically. Has a bit of a learning cliff, but if you get lucky early you're in a good spot. I wish there was a little bit more of an explanation as to why things are happening late game, (she debuffs you but it wasn't expressly stated that it was due to glory gain.) All in all, very fun, neat enough art, solid writing albeit with too many uses of the word coquettishly.

The game has a complex interface and gameplay, especially at the beginning. It's easy to lose early on, and it takes a while for a newbie to master all the mechanics and achieve the desired outcome (especially without cheats). However, I believe the reward is worth it. The game encompasses a wide variety of genres and scenes, which reward the player's patience and compensate for the struggle. In addition to the classic sex scenes, the game includes: corruption, rape, bdsm, public sex and lesbian incest (mother&daughter). Some players truly expected more from the scenes, while others couldn't find the strength to overcome all the difficulties. I really enjoyed the game, as it hit my kinks very well. If you enjoy similar genres, I highly recommend it, but be prepared for a challenge. I hope the author continues to release new projects that are as good as this one.

Well well ... If you are into humiliation and degradation of a powerful woman: that's the game to satisfy these fetishes! But only if you have the skill of imagination. This is no game with a dozen or more pics per scene. You'll get 1 to 3 pictures per scene and the scene is described, including dialogue of the characters (imo with very good writing) in the textbox. The gameplay is awesome (for me, of course). Half of the game is a card game. You start with a great disadvantage (your female rival was well prepared, you were surprised). But losing the first battles is intended. You will roam around a city map. There are many events to gain resources, get better cards, upgrade your cards, upgrade your stats and get allies who are very helpful during the card fights at work). And since your opponent is no saint, you'll find blackmail to use against her ... that's where the fun starts You will humiliate her in many ways, even publicly (the one thing I didn't find in any other game ... the powerful female antagonist gets publicly humiliated, without doppelganger bullshit or other excuses. If someone could recommend games where this also is main part of the game, I would be very grateful) ... and her cards get worse or better from this xD There are 2 more characters: her golden daughter and her rival at the female empowerment organisation at the university who can also be corrupted below the ground. There are multiple endings (she wins as she intended, she wins ... but you already break her to point where actually you are the winner, you win ... and variations of this including the 2 other characters). The only really downside: there is no walkthrough (as far as I know). So you will have to repeat things on the city map a lot of times to be sure that you got all allies (4 - 3 of them can be upgraded 2 times, 1 can be upgraded only once ... as far as I know xD) got all cards (the sexual and whore ones improve the gameplay a lot) and events. If you don't depend on a lot of pictures, have some time to spend (with the cheats the time needed is reduced) and are looking for the mentioned fetishes, this is THE game for you. Of course, for many these are fierce restrictions and then better skip this game.

Great corruption game. The early game of keeping your head low is interesting but drags on. If you aim to win to early you will lose but you can keep losing and gaining resources forever without consequence. I recommend using cheats to smooth out the pacing problems.

Tons of hot corruption/trainer themed writing. While it would be soo much work to have art for it all, they did a good job of including enough art so you have something hot to look at while reading each major scene. If that's all you're here for you can use cheats to skip the card game, but I personally love the deck building in this game and the joy of finding cards to optimize your deck. As far as slowness, there are like 100 events and you need to do a card battle between each event so if you want to see all of them that's like 100 card battles. They could've made it so each event doesn't end the day and the pace of events is only limited by how much blackmail you can get per day (which probably would need blackmail costs to be increased and university events to require blackmail too in order to be balanced). But the beauty of the deckbuilding is that's a solvable problem. With the right deck (which hinges on one specific card and one specific ally) it's possible to end every card battle in 1-2 turns while grinding out the 100 events. Since I hinted at an optimized deck I'll include a guide I guess if anyone wants one. It'll be on page 64 of the discussion and have multiple spoiler tags so if you want to figure things out on your own you can decide how much you want to spoil yourself.

2 problems and most people already point it out. Gameplay - too long to put in short term, it's longer than story driven H game that i've played in recent years.... that's how bad it is. Artwork - no, nothing is wrong with the art, it's great and erotic. problem is there isn't enough. if the game were to get an update, it seriously need the artwork paired to the text. 2.5/5 not great not terrible , the story if it isn't so damn long and grindy, maybe i'll give it 3.5 for it. also if there are more genuine art in there i'll give it 4 to 4.5 hope the game get the update it deserved.

It was fun playing that game, but unfortunately a lot of great sides coincide with a lot of dissapointing things. The biggest achievement of the game is a great and slow depiction of corruption, moral degeneration and the downfall of a rival. Not many games do that as good as that one. But here almost all the pluses ends. Two biggest downsides for the game are the gameplay and the artwork. Art itself is great actually, but it is too rare. You can have a whole scene with a lot of twists, actions etc. and have no image for that, only faces change. You can have a great sex scene, and it is depicted with one picture from the beggining. If it has artwork, I would like to see more of it, instead of transforming it to the text based game. But the biggest problem is the gameplay. It is cool that the author decided to make an actual game instead of VN, but it is too boring, too slow, and too annoying. Even with the cheats. But overall, despite that big negative part, it's a goodgame for that writing and slow corruption proccess, almost uniqly shown in here.

I really didn't mesh with this. The art is great, sure, but that's really all that's here. It's just a grind for no real reason. Having the cards and stats and stuff doesn't help the game's issues; they just make the game more frustrating to play. Maybe if you really love card game stuff, you'll vibe with this, but besides the art, I really couldn't recommend anyone play this.

It is horrible game and good at the same time. There is a good setting storywise, there is a gradual corruption story, there is a card fighting game between 2 news hosts, there are hot scenes. Now where things get ugly itself is the card game, it is disfunctional at its base mechanic level, and it is very slow, and it also has no interaction with cards. - Sexual/other cards should have gone with animations or short cut-ins/text similar to karryns prison and other games like this. Hosts are fighting until influence goes to zero, the problem here is that, you can run out of energy/money/blackmail and simply be unable to use any cards at all. While your opponent will keep playing until your influence goes to zero, meaning the more influence you have, the more gain she will get as you cannot do anything, nor you can give up. Opponent can also rapidly drive you out of the stats you need to keep playing, which is based on RNG. Card game is broken, not only it requires cheating and a vast range of maxxed out cards, it still sucks even then. I would grade it 1/5, but there is a button in cheat menu, to skip card fights, and it allows you to watch progress scenes. Where normally you can only watch 1 scene per 1 fight/day, which would on one hand a huge grind/time investment on another hand a gameover/ending would come far earlier than you go through all the scenes. One more thing to add, UI in general sucks, texts cover half of HCG, and you need to click a button to hide text to see image, which is stupid. What was the problem of making a bigger screen and moving text below the image?

The game is too grindy. At some point the card battle lasted for like 20 rounds. I'm not here to play cards... if that was my interest i would have met my grandpa and played cards with him. I love card games, and this one delivers. The art is above average, but the real highlight is the corruption path and deck-building experience. Starting with a weak deck and upgrading it until you dominate is incredibly satisfying. I enjoyed every moment from start to finish. This is one of my all-time favorites, and I can’t recommend it enough.

News Desk is the best corruption game story I have ever played. It had everything it needed for an corruption game like a powerful female character who everyone respects and fears breaking her mind definitely brought me joy. Also I love how the corruption is reasonable and not over the top, the female character in this game actually resist the Corruption for a while which makes it more interesting. Now let's talk why I only give this game four stars because it's impossible to play without the cheats. The game is too much grindy and in most cases the gameplay is unbalanced. It may takes months of grindy to get to one scene if you play without the cheats. But as I mentioned this game contains the best storyline for a Corruption game.

The corruption is excellent and breaking her + her daughter down is very satisfying. With some balancing and animations, (if the creator ever came back to it) this would be one of the greats.

I finished the game without cheats and I can gladly say this....I've never seen a game that has THAT much potential and THAT much waste that potential in my entire life ! not in f95 base but MY WHOLE DAMN GAMİNG EXPERİENCE !! the game isnt fair, I've never done that much save scumming in my entire LIFE !! card finding mechanic is just PURE DAMN TRASH RNG ! I SAVE SCUMMED FOR A 60 TIMES FOR A SIMPLE MONEY HOARDING. I CLOSED AND OPENED THİS GAME FOR 60 TIMES AND THAT IS THE SMALLEST THING ! and saving the game was a damn NIGHTMARE ! It's obvious that this is a focused game with a lot of content yet it would be hard to say that I've enjoyed it. Between savescumming and tiresome card battles, it was just hard to care about the sex scenes. Like imagine you're fapping or doing the girl equivalent to a sex scene, you came all over the place and get cleaned up etc and then you have to finish the card battle before saving and quitting the game. I'm leaving to your imagination if this has happened or not but I think this scenario explains the struggle I had with the game. The Cassandra's sex scenes themselves didn't land that well for me either, the main reason being almost all of them were due to blackmail. Too much "the dark haired man shuffled blackmail papers before the redhead's face until she knelt and started begging to do his orders" It's a kind of lazy, unconvincing plot device imo and it causes the story suffer from a lack of conflict. I would enjoy more if once Cassandra was on the hook there were a more personal, BDSM like dynamic, with her embracing her submissive, slutty, masochistic side gradually. Tiffany's scenes were better on that front but then again that dyke and all the lesbian content ruined like all her content for me. Also holy shit the game is brutal, I was expecting Cassandra to unalive herself with the tone the rest of the game going for lmao Ah yeah the writing itself was that overly wordy, unerotic exercise on paraphrasing. Yeah I don't care about that style, but that's not exclusive to this game. I guess it's still readable compared to that one popular game, white roses or something. The art is okay, I fucking hate the UI though. Like it's unresponsive, why the text box isn't transparent, or why the sprites go away with text box why I can't see Cassandra's high heels after the game making such a huge deal about it? Holy shit. Yeah 3 is good, no sound too. Would bump up to 4 if there were pregnancy.

First things first: play the card game only as long as it entertains you. The only content locked behind it is the ending, a few text-only scenes and a few images of sluttifying progress. Once you played it out - just use in-built cheats to go and play the content and use cheatengine to get the ending. Seems like a rather bad review for 5-star, eh? Reason is simple - content is mind-blowingly hot. This dev already had good writing in his previous games and he finally paired it with a good amount of art in this one. You don't only corrupt your rival. You also corrupt her daughter, her daughter's rival and then have them engage with each other. There are nearly hundred of scenes, and even though all of them are just a single image with text - quality of that text carries the game.
