The listed first public release is v0.1.1, dated October 14, 2026, and the game is still in early development. A later changelog entry, v0.1.2, changed the Windows packaging so the game can run without installation. It is available for Windows, Linux, Mac, and browsers, in English, and is uncensored.

Noir is an adult bondage adventure about a broke girl in a big city, and the women who are more than happy to put her to work. You wake up hungover, with rent due and not a single Buck to your name. Dress yourself, step out onto the neon-lit streets and take whatever work you can find. Before long you're serving coffee in a maid uniform that keeps getting shorter, scrubbing floors under house rules that end in a cage, and posing for a photographer who prefers her models tied up and squirming. The deeper you go, the more they ask of you. Anne's café has a private cellar where the after-hours clients like their waitress cuffed, gagged and locked in chastity, and eventually hung on the wall as the evening's centerpiece. And when the elegant Margot takes an interest, she offers you a permanent position at her marble estate: live-in pet, collar included, house rules non-negotiable. You'll sleep at the foot of her bed.
