About NTR a Girlfriend

NTR a Girlfriend is a 2D RPG Maker dating sim by TMD4M, using animated 3DCG art. You play Kazuya, a struggling college student caught between lies to friends and family and growing feelings for Chizuru, a rental girlfriend pursuing an acting dream. Her charismatic acting partner Umi helps her get a role, raising questions about his motives. Another girl also seeks Kazuya's heart. Dates, affection, and choices shape the ending, with both vanilla and netorare routes, and the netorare ending can be avoided.

The current build is v0.6, released September 4, 2026, with development ongoing. It runs on Windows, supports English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese, and is uncensored. The update notes say Day 11 arrived, while date scenes for Mami, Ruka, and Chizuru 02 were added; Chizuru 03 was postponed. A bonus scene can be viewed in the start room, though it remains unfinished.

Developer's description

Content Warning: This game contains sexual content, including themes of Netorare (NTR). All characters are 18+. An NTR ending is avoidable — the game is designed with both vanilla and NTR routes in mind, and vanilla is not an afterthought. You play as Kazuya, a struggling college student torn between lies to his friends and family and his deepening feelings for Chizuru, a rental girlfriend chasing her dream of becoming an actress. When her charismatic acting partner Umi helps her land a role, is it out of kindness… or something else? Meanwhile, another girl steps forward, determined to win Kazuya's heart. As Kazuya, you'll spend time with the girls on dates, raise affection, and make choices that change the ending.

This game has promise, but at the current state it is very short to rate it, there are a few scenes, and barely any sandbox/exploration. Some of the scenes are hot. There are multiple heroines. The MC is not in…
