NTR Isekai is an adult visual novel built in Unity by Isekai Factory, with 2D CG artwork. You play a male protagonist who is reincarnated into a fantasy setting and caught in a repeated time loop, where choices shape the story. The game asks you to explore the world, follow different branches, and pursue a larger goal while encountering powerful characters and dramatic events.
The current release is v0.0.9, dated March 10, 2026, and the project is still being updated. It runs on Windows and Android, supports English, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish, and is uncensored. The latest hotfix repaired videos that could freeze, added a skip button, expanded options in a horse-riding date, introduced a Redhead branch after comforting a maid, added a tavern scene with a slave trader, included a new quest, and improved bugs and UI. Players who hit a missing map button in early 0.0.8 should replay the intro in 0.0.9.
Developer's description
NTR Isekai - A visual novel about a hero’s reincarnation and a never-ending time loop - a story where every choice matters. This is a world and cast of characters I’ve been shaping for years. I spent two years working on just the intro version, and now it’s finally ready to be shared. The protagonist must explore every detail of the time and place he was thrown into, searching for the path toward his ultimate goal. Along the way, countless powerful and thrilling events await him. I’m burning with passion for this idea - and until now the project has grown only on endless enthusiasm and a huge stock of ideas, carefully tied together into one immersive story. At this stage, I believe it’s time to show it to the world. This is a dream I don’t want to keep hidden - I want to share it with like-minded adventurers!

The UI is possibly the best I've seen from an AVN. Genuinely impressive. The concept for the game is super engaging and fun. The characters are a little one-dimensional but there are some fun ones, and they all definitely feel…

It is not perfect per-say, but I will be damned if I don't give a passion project some belief. It's got great bones and it has an air most games rarely do. Keep at it. Don't let haters (if they…
