The protagonist wakes up in the body of a weak catgirl - a race they’ve always favored.
In Lorevan, catfolk are treated as second-class and looked down on.
Main progression is clearing dungeon floors, but that’s not the only path.
There will also be tavern work, night runs through crypts, side activities, and other ways to survive and grow.
Soon there will also be a small animal tracking/hunting mode for gathering food (Hina will be in a very interesting pose while doing it).
There will be magic, and you’ll be able to develop Hina in different directions.
And monsters won’t just cover her in slime — they’ll also damage her clothes in real time. So when Hina crawls back to the exit again, she’ll have quite the problem finding new clothes.
looks really good for a very early version. yeah there are a lot of things that could have been better but as the creator said it a VERY early build so there isnt much to be hoped for. hope this project will live on and cant wait to see whats to come in later versions. i really love the idea of this game

Edited ratingsince GPU issues were caused by VSync not being enabled and AI assets planned to be removed in the future. The graphics are good, gameplay is currently nothing special and neither is the content. Even so, for a proof of concept it shows promise. Spoiler: Old Review|2 Stars As the title suggests, this game is very inspired by Genshin Impact for it's graphics and combat. The 3D assets are pretty and the character models fit in well too. Sadly the game is terribly optimized, easily maxxing out my GPU as if I was playing Cyberpunk 2077. If you skip the intro, there are actually no issues for the first 2 minutes in terms of GPU usage, however the longer the game runs, the worse it gets, particularly the intro's goddess realm causes the GPU usage to spike not calming down until the game is closed. It is disingenuous as well not to include the AI CG tag while there are, albeit few, very clearly AI generated graphics of the characters, case and point the menu screen which is used here as the cover for the game. It is also a terrible decision not to give access to the settings (seemingly as they haven't been added yet) but forcing what I assume is an AI translation of the dialogue according to your system. The porn scenes currently in-game are... lackluster, mainly due to feeling uninteractive (statue fuck scene) or the animations lagging behind the text and camera if you go through the dialogue too quickly (Soldier teasing scene). There are some smaller issues too, namely missing collisions in the dungeon entrance and the statue inside the dungeon and stamina not regenerating unless you enter a new area (making the dungeon actually imossible to beat no matter how hard you try). Of course this is still a very early release and more likely a proof of concept but especially the optimization issues should be addressed as it makes the experience pretty unpleasant. All in all, while the game's premise and goals are interesting, a lot of work is needed to get there.

Hmm, the game's start unfortunately evokes very mixed feelings. The in-game options aren't accessible yet, but the game itself decides to use my native language. At least in the dialogue boxes. Pre-written texts, like those in the quest journal, aren't translated. Where and when did I grant permission for this? The texts read well in translation, but unfortunately, errors in the original text are also noticeable. As a veteran pay-to-play player, I'd say that player knowledge and character knowledge aren't being separated here. You wake up under a mill, immediately grab a weapon, and instantly know you have to contact the guild. How did you get that information? And why don't you start at the mill, but instead in an open field outside the city gates? Why can't I make a decision in the dungeon? I'm referring to the statue. When you read the sign, you should be given a choice. Seriously. A boy dies, wakes up in a girl's body, doesn't touch himself once, but immediately mounts the first available stone penis? After this scene, the collision detection is broken, as you can walk right through the statue. In my playthrough, I didn't regenerate any stamina, so I eventually couldn't attack anymore. There's no save function. But there are some positives. The graphics are good, but their comic-book style could use a bit more detail. The movement animation is fluid, and combat is in real time. This should necessitate a selectable difficulty level in future updates. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the sound right now because my sound card is broken. All in all, the game just barely misses 4 stars. The possibility of stamina regeneration and a save function alone would easily elevate this first version to 4 stars.
