About NTR Mafia
NTR Mafia is a text-based puzzle simulator by IsaNeTRa, made with the Others engine and using 2D AI CG visuals. You play an 18-year-old male protagonist who has recently finished high school and has little direction in life. His father, once the accountant for a Russian mafia group, runs off with part of the organization’s funds and a young secretary. The mafia then offers a deal: help them, and the debt left behind can be cleared. You infiltrate the group, climb through its ranks, meet different girls inside it, and investigate why the father made that choice. The game includes netorare and cheating themes, with multiple endings.
The current build is version v0.2, released on February 23, 2026. Development is ongoing. It is available for Windows, Mac, and Android, in English, and is uncensored. The overview states that NTR and NTS content can be avoided.

Your father was the accountant for a Russian mafia group, though you never knew much about it. Everything turns upside down when he escapes with some of the organization’s money alongside a young secretary. The mafia offers you a deal: help them in exchange for clearing the debt he left behind. A tempting offer for an 18-year-old who has just finished high school and has nothing going on in his life. Infiltrate, rise through the ranks, and meet different girls within the organization while trying to uncover why your father made the choice he did. NTR and NTS content will be avoidable.
