On My Way Home is a dating sim from MrKuchi, built in Ren'Py with animated 3D CG visuals. You play a young man whose parents die in strange circumstances, leaving him with his uncle and best friends. He moves to the city with his friends, where conflicts, romance, and a sense of belonging shape his new life. The story mixes adult themes such as romance and interracial relationships.
Development of the current Chapter 2 build is finished. It was released on March 22, 2025. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac in English, with no censorship. The latest update adds a new Chapter 2 version, new renders, dialogue, and extra animations. It also fixes free-roam bugs and missing images, and updates the gallery.

Hi guys!
Here is the reworked version of the game. In this version I have worked on a new interface, also on some new code functions that will be useful for future versions. I have also replaced the static render loop with animations in the first 4 scenes.

When I started this project there were some things that I omitted to work on because I didn't have the knowledge or the necessary tools. After a year I have been able to finish the base of the game for future updates.
Now with the game base done, we have green light for the next episode of the story.
