About Orc Bastion

Orc Bastion is an adult JRPG made by ragtorstone in Unity. It uses animated 2D and 3DCG visuals. You play Reyn, a newly drafted soldier thrown into a war with demons. His fate and soul become tied to Rok, an orc warrior, and the two are bound until death as they seek peace between humanity and the denizens of hell. Along the journey, he can meet allies and grow into a stronger fighter while forming close relationships with men and monsters. Gameplay is turn-based, blending fantasy, romance, and combat.

The current build is v1.01 Free, released April 11, 2026. Development is ongoing, following the prototype's initial zone release. The game runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The latest patch fixes a softlock tied to specific party lineups, including Reyn, Benno, and Mattis, at the start of the three skulls boss encounter in the Path of the Fallen. It also corrects a grass shader issue for better compatibility and performance.

Orc Bastion is a gay adult-oriented JRPG about serving orcs, demons, men and monsters. Fight for peace between mankind and the denizens of hell with your orc master, find allies and become a force to be reckoned with -- while meeting and intimately getting to know all sorts of guys and monsters on the way. Reyn is a newly drafted soldier. Along with other young and inexperienced men, he's thrown into a conflict with demonkind. Reyn's very fate and soul ends up in the hands of Rok, an orc warrior. Bound together until death, they intend to find a way to bring peace to their home.
