Professor Wakayama's NTR Classroom is an adult management game created by Rabbit Class and built with the Others engine. It uses animated 2D CG in a Japanese visual style. You play a male protagonist who discovers Mr. Uesugi's secret and uses it to blackmail Ms. Wakayama, the beautiful half of an envied couple. Their supposedly fated relationship is shaken as you pursue cheating and corruption.
Development is ongoing, with the current build v2.1 released on March 31, 2026. It runs on Windows and supports English, Japanese, and Chinese, with mosaic censorship. The latest update added new intimate position variations, a Cover-up ending triggered if Mr. Uesugi does not learn of the affair by Day 29 while lewdness exceeds 75, and new short stories in Ms. Wakayama's room. It also fixed the Game Center bug, saved volume, resolution, and windowed settings, restored auto mode, increased sensitivity growth during scenes, and fixed other bugs.

Removed the sex score system; sex positions can now be purchased as long as the sex skill requirement is met.

You can now perform “Requests” even while Ms. Wakayama is interacting with Mr. Uesugi.
Increased the speed at which excitement rises during school adventures.
Hidden sex scenes in the infirmary now work the same as regular H-scenes (hold left mouse button only).
Added 50 points that can be purchased with money in the strip rock-paper-scissors game.
Fixed multiple bugs.
