v0.2.4
Hi everyone, a new Project Venus v0.2.4 build is now out!
This update brings new content, Android version, big stability improvements, map fixes, save/load behavior, and several gameplay usability improvements.
New content
- Story progression
- A new story location to beat
- New weapon with ammo-switching mechanic and a special effect for it's secondary ammunition.
- A new main outfit for Act 2 which replaces previous two.
- A new boss.
- New zombie type with 11 variations.
- Continuation of David in barn scene.
- Continuation of gloryhole scene - you need to find it during the day, and then you can visit it during the nights. The scene has random chance of triggering two different variations:
a) peek on David with someone
b) meet someone peeking on David
- An optional scene with Fred the trader during the story.
- A start of romance route for one of the characters. It's just a start. The main action for his route will come in next update as it requires a specific system for it. Well, who knows - knows.
- An optional random scene on second floor for Liam (middle bottom door) which has a chance to trigger after unlocking the Monastery.
- New scene for Greg with 6 animations (the man in forest house of ACT 1).
We
strongly recommend to see it
Most old scenes received an animated version.
We will cover what's left in future too.
- An introduction of the Monastery. Nothing to do here yet, but this location will come in use in next update with corresponding mechanics. Yes, it's about having an heir.
- Now stamina will grow up the more you run around.
- Melee damage will grow over time if use keep using it.
- Now vegetables can be sold to Fred the trader.
- Now you can extract seeds from vegetables to use them again (the recipe is given during the intro of ACT 2).
Technical and Visual Improvements
We made a huge number of technical, visual, and gameplay improvements to the project. Many parts of the game engine were modified, improved, or partially rewritten to support better lighting, smoother gameplay, improved saving/loading, better collision handling, more stable video playback, and better overall performance.
A lot of these changes are not easy to describe in a simple changelog because they affect the way the game works internally rather than adding one specific visible feature. However, the result should be noticeable while playing: the game should feel more polished, more stable, and visually stronger than before.
Besides, most visual additions are optional, so everyone can tune our game to their likings.
This update is a major technical step forward for Project Venus.
Main improvements include:
Ambient occlusion and improved lighting for new map.
Dynamic loot system.
Zombies materials drop is based on player's inventory. For example, if you already have a certain amount of black powder, it's dropping chance will be halved. It's the same for most materials which drop from zombies.
The only exclusion is a virus sample. It's chances remain the same no matter how many you have.
Zombie sound system
. Zombies now have different idle and chasing sounds.
Difficulty system.
You can now choose between different difficulties in Options menu. The difficulty also affect drop chances for loot.
Additional visual effects, including blood splatters
. Hitting zombies now cause the blood to splash around. Can be turned off in Options.
Custom zombie speed settings.
A default rpg maker has very limited speed presets for events. We developed our own system to set any movement speed for zombies we need.
Smooth Slowdown system.
This mechanism works dynamically. The more frame rate drops - the slower game runs, but it return it keeps high framerate. Can be turned off in Options. It is also possible to change slowdown strength.
We recommend to set it on
Medium
for good PC's, and on
High
for lowkey machines.
Real sight.
A thing what we wanted a long time ago for immersion. Now there is a field of view in the game. What it does? Well, you don't have eyes on your back anymore. Can be turned off in options.
Dynamic camera
. When turned on, the camera will follow your cursor a bit, allowing you see farer.
Dialogue font.
You can change dialogue font in options menu now.
Reworked game menu, both visually and technically.
New title screen.
Updated game options.
Added fullscreen mode support.
Added Smart Sharpness for fullscreen mode, with adjustable settings.
Many small technical improvements and fixes
.
Significantly improved engine performance.
Android version release.
While it is still experimental, it should be fully playable on you Android device!
No Joiplay needed!
v.0.2.2
Content
New loading screen - yes, we are fans of Alien.
In the first town, a certain fat guy might pay you a visit in the attic if you decide to sleep there.
Almost immediately after arriving at the church and receiving the first quest, Jillian can visit Sarah (the doctor) and see something.
While sleeping in her room, David might visit Jillian to check on her.
For the Survival mode, we've added an option to get a discount if you're willing to show your body to Crow.
Added a story scene in the police station where Jillian meets the game's new boss - the Sheriff.
Added a conceptually new boss. Before this, we only had Mr. X, but he was too primitive. Now that our technical capabilities have expanded, we decided to add a boss fight with the Sheriff in the police station. Be careful, he's quite resilient, has an ally, and uses various attacks.
Technical Stuff
implemented a plugin and added unique equip sounds for every item and weapon.
Added a lighter. Well, it was already in the game—you get it by completing the events in the sewer—but now you can equip it to light up the area around your character.
Grenades create a flash of light upon explosion.
The fire from a Molotov cocktail now works like real fire—it illuminates the surrounding area! Have you ever seen an RPG Maker game that has this? I haven't.
Bug fixes
fixed a wall's layer at Malene's house, which was covering player
Upcoming features:
Gallery:
Although it's technically complete, we will release it in the next update because we're not sure if it displays all the scenes correctly. There are quite a lot of them, and triggering each one to check the display is a very time-consuming task.
Physics:
The game will get the ability to move objects pixel by pixel, and you will no longer get stuck in zombies. We decided to implement physics a bit later because it's needed for an enemy that can perform a running attack.
Brutal patch
Since now all harsh content will be available only in Brutal patch. To access new ending for loosing a bossfight at police station, install Brutal patch.
v0.2.1
Major Updates and New Features
Act 2 has arrived:
10 new maps added (Act 2)
Farm themed zombies added
A new character - Fiona
Abe and Sarah received new clothes for summer
Farming crops. Right now it provides food, which will be usable in next updates.
Optional events:
Help david in the barn. If you are corrupted enough, he'll give you a reward. This scene is repeatable
David might peek on you when you wake up if you have helped him in the barn
Interacting with Liam near the windmill will start a side quest:
Help Liam to fix the water pump
Help Liam to apply some oil to windmill's blades
You can notice a huge hole in the barn's wall if you'll take a walk alongside barn's right wall. This scene is a placeholder for future events.
Interacting with sofa in the living room now skips time to evening. Right now this is a placeholder with a small dinner event for immersiveness. In future updates a night version of the farm will contain a lot more events.
Combat, Visuals & Effects
Camera core added (the camera now moves smoothly with a slight delay)
Blood Particle Effects:
Added blood particle effects when enemies take damage. This effect is displayed only for enemies marked with the blood effect in their note tags (for example, humans and "bloody" zombies).
Pickup Animation:
Introduced a new animation for the player character when picking up loot, making the action more immersive.
Weapon Idle Animation:
The character now remains in a holding weapon pose after using a weapon, until movement resumes.
Dynamic Mouse Facing:
The character and equipped weapon now dynamically turn to face the mouse cursor, providing more responsive controls.
Weapons, Items & Status Effects
Molotov Cocktail Improvements:
Overhauled Molotov mechanics: creates a fire zone on impact with realistic burning effects.
Burning State:
Both the player and enemies can now catch fire when entering burning areas. The player can extinguish themselves by using a water bottle from the inventory.
AI and Survival Mode
Pathfinding system has been improved and optimized (the number of simultaneous enemies on the map has greatly increased. FPS on older PCs should improve during high-load moments).
AI for allies has been significantly improved.
Survival Mode:
Fully implemented wave-based survival mode. The next wave does not start until the player visits the shop. Between waves, there is a prep phase for restocking and recovery.
Dynamic Skill Progression:
Player skills and stats now improve through use
Running increases stamina.
Using melee weapons increases strength stat, which adds damage
Mini-Games for Training:
Lock picking mini-game has been created
Added mini-games for “barbell squats” and “push-ups” that allow players to train and boost stats faster. These are implemented as interactive events/QTEs.
Interface and Miscellaneous
Inventory and Hotbar Improvements
Hotbars and inventory can now be temporarily disabled during cutscenes and important events.
Weapon reload logic has been reworked (reloading is interrupted if the player starts shooting).
RMB (right mouse button) logic has been revamped: now holding RMB causes continuous firing until the ammo runs out.
M249 weapon has been enhanced (visual and sound effects).
Movement while firing automatic weapons is now blocked.
Spawner logic has been reworked.
Added a load button in the ESC menu.
Cheat menu for ammo has been created and added.
Adrenaline duration doubled.
Optimizations and Bugfixes
Improved zombie pathfinding and overall AI performance, especially with large numbers of enemies.
Multiple small fixes and improvements across the UI and item pickup system.
Save becoming suddenly corrupted was fixed. Now it should be ok, but trying to edit the save file will still break it
Shops working again
Intro cutscene was skipped previously, now it is back
Fixed an issue where elevators triggered a transition during the fight with Mr. X
Moved one zombie in outskirts which was spawning right at the entrance of warehouse causing players to get stucked
Bug with medkit prices at sewer traders has been fixed.
Bullet trajectory logic has been reworked. Now bullet starts it's way from gun's barrel, not from MC's legs. This makes shooting a bit easier.
Added a new "ABSonDamage" feature that plays a sound when damage is dealt. You can notice it while using a baseball bat. You hear a hit sound only when you actually hit a zombie.
Fixed minor visual bugs.
Loot generation logic on the map has been reworked.
Loot system improved (sprite sizes reduced by 50%, dynamic ID pooling system added to prevent ID loss in loot objects).
In Progress & Upcoming
Expanded hearing system for enemies with new reactions to noise.
Additional mini-games and skill training mechanics.
More status effects
New enemy types with unique behaviors
Some zombies on map now have moaning sounds. It is experimental and will be expanded in future.
Added a new item search mechanic. You'll face it while looking for wood and glasses for Fred. It's experimental and will appear in future in some places.
v0.1.9
Changelog:
Act 1 is finished (19 map pieces). You can now play through the shopping mall and escape the city.
New throwable weapon - molotov.
Slightly improved AI for friendly NPCs. They are still stupid, but we are working on it.
Shooting mechanic was changed a bit. Weapons has much lesser projectiles now. It was done on purpose, because bullets were hitting various objects too often.
Shotgun has less spreading.
Zombie spawner was completely rewritten. Now it shouldn't cause performance drops. Heroes wear no capes.
Zombie book was added. You will receive it during the plot at cinema's WC.
Quest journal was added! Now every (if my memory serves) task in game has a quest log. I can't tell how huge this task was, but it is here.
Bug at status window was fixed, now ass picture shouldn't disappear. Also vagina and ass statuses are working separately now.
Fat zombie received increased health and a chance to blow up.
Red zombie's regeneration is working properly now.
Global fog effect. You'll first notice it on new maps. New global effects will appear more in future updates.
This update brings story only. We are sorry if you'll find it small, but we had to finish this part of the game to move on to freeplay part.
IMPORTANT: n
ew maps can cause crashes during saving. You can resolve it by reopening the game. We are working on fix.

All existing scenes are reworked for second outfit. They will change depending on which outfit do you use at the moment
Cassie got additional scene with animation from 3 angles
Forest man received a different scene if you wear the second outfit. He also received a new scene, which you can trigger if you corruption is high enough
Added scene with the boy at the confession booth right after you get mission to infiltrate the police station
Added hints for some lewd actions. Now you'll see how much corruption do you need

v0.1.3.1
- Added 3 missing scenes which were supposed to come with previous update but they were deleted due to incompleteness. 1 additional scenes for Cassie sequence. 1 additional scene for Greg(forest man) sequence, 1 additional scene for peeping on David with slutty girl(randomly appears near the pond after bringing barrel).
- Reworked final battle street from the demo. Map received completely new visuals. Also previously zombies were spawning and that cased lots of lags. Now all zombies are there from the beginning.
- Status menu received nude version of main heroine.
- Updated game's core. Now you shouldn't have fps drops like before.
- Reworked shooting. Now bullets don't have range limits, which means they will fly through the entire map. That should exclude "misses" while using pistols and shotguns.

- added bleeding from zombie attacks
- added poisoning from toxic zombies
- added new usable items: antidote - prevents poisoning for 5 mins, water - removes poisoning, adrenaline - boosts stamina and it's regeneration
- added hotkeys! Now you can drag and drop weapons and items to hotkeys and press them to change weapons/use consumables
- Changed healing system. Now bandages and first aid kits remove bleeding.
- Reworked reloading system. Now you can move during reloading.
- temporarily changed zombie reaction to getting hit. They will jump away a bit. We will change this back to moving away once we fix our code in plugin.
- IMPORTANT: fps drops are still there, because we are in process of removing them, but it takes a lot of time and reasons vary from time to time. If you encounter fps drop, then reload.
There is a lot more minor technical stuff but I don't want to fill the changelog with meaningless text. You'll notice overall improvement, and probably some minor bugs.

v0.1
Initial release
it's good but i can't gave anyone recommendation to play this game yet, unless you are willing to tolerate the janky nature of this game currently (x) it still have quite annoying bugs like walking/running sometimes your mc just stuck out of nowhere randomly i always had to reload my save (x) the sheriff boss battle is janky af and quite annoying (x) sewer trader is buggy afaik he just refused to sell me anything even after the fact i got the requirement/parts (x) i find the absolute good thing of this game was the arts are crazy good, it reminds me of alien shooter game, god i miss those era (x) h-scenes are quite sparse...well it's an early alpha game, not even at alpha stage so it's acceptable again even for an way way early alpha development stage it's playable, it just things like some bug like trader/moving mechanics, lack of contents turned me away for now imho i am def gonna revisit this game in 2-4 years and buy it if they sold it on steam
Alright i went into this one just expecting a quick fap and go type situation but instead i find a project Zomboid-esque game with a bit of state of decay and Resident evil thrown in the game play was surprisingly good even with the few bugs there are and there aren't that many tbh The guns feel great to use they all serve a purpose The healing items are truly needed you can't just john Rambo your way through it until later on in the game you will find yourself avoiding zombies when you can to avoid unneeded damage and fights in the early game Tho as for the sheriff boss fight i do have one complaint i think the dog should have a longer cool down then what it does as of v0.2.2 and as for his grenade/Molotov attacks i think the speed between throws should also be increased ever so slightly The sex scenes are a mixed bag some are real good others feel dated but that can be improved upon in time so I won't judge it too harshly for that the art style of the sprites gives it its own charm I can tell alot of them are hand made to match the 3d models present in game as for bugs there are two that I noticed one is VERY minor the other a little more major Bug 1# some times when you aim at a zombie the MC may fire in the complete wrong direction instead allowing the zombies to hit you luckily this seems to be rare i only ever experienced it 3 times but very far in-between each occurrence bug 2# lose of control of the character where she will begin walking in one direction unprompted and you will not be able to control her if this happens the dev said this is because of a unfinished waypoint if you run into this he says loading the save then make a new save in an empty save slot may resolve this issue All and all i really enjoyed this game to the point i was saddened when i reached the farm and realized i reached the end of Version 0.2.2 This game even with how early it is in its development cycle holds great promise and actually holds it's own as a game on its own the Pornographic content is just a bonus for me
Good Game, nice graphic and so hope in the future you can decide more for yourself how you develop and what you do Spawnpoints or so would be nice, before Boss you cant save and the story everytime to repeat, nerv
I don't even know where to start so i will keep it short this game as game is good gameplay is nice (but don't be dumb like me and don't use all amuniton on game start) But when it comes to eroge part scenes are great mc is hot but scenes are really rare
ONE OF if not the only RPGM game that genuinely is better without the lewd. It's not a diss, I don't mean it like that, the heroine is gorgeous, but there is absolutely a genuine game in there, not a surface level pretext for lewds. I enjoyed the gameplay , the mechanics, the shooting feels meaty , and the survival/crafting feels easy and intuitive, inventory works well, as well as the navigation. It is just the right dose of difficult for me. as far as the lewd side goes, it's pretty light. but great nonetheless. DEV could release an SFW version on steam on would definitely make bank . the story is meh , but who plays an action RPGM zombie lewd game for the story. it's definitely gameplay focused. characters are interesting nonetheless. the Ai for the zombie is quite good. In fact it's the best I've ever found in an rpgm game. just the right dose between numbers / shambling with occasional rushing to you. there are diverse zombies with different strengths. at all times. and you can find yourself punished by being too confident and sprinting. The lew renders are great, and hot, but at the moment it's pretty "vanilla" as far as those game go. the last time i found fun and original gameplay on an rpgm was Karryn's prison. and it was far less original than that one. granted Kp was a trendsetter and was new for its time.
This is realy hard to rate for me. On one hand, if i want to rate this as a ''game'', i would probably give 4 stars. Has some good and working mechanics. Crafting system is ok, managing your sources adds more immersion and feels realistic, shooting zombies feels satisfactory, other npcs have some characters of their own and not just a copy paste of each other etc... On the other hand, if i want to rate this as an ''adult game'' then i'd give 1 star due to lack of content even after 3 years of development. Main character doesn't feel consistent, one moment she lets some random stranger ....k her *ss, and the next moment she gets creeped by a comment about her body coming from a guy who she often fights side by side. Seriously girl you gotta make up your mind. And the overall H content is way too little for the amount of time you play the game. And they are often way too short as well... The potential? Yes, it has a huge potential but one would expect some improvement after all this time, but the way it keeps going feels dissappointing. For now i can't give more than 2 stars, but after couple of updates i might return and change it, depending on how much content we have.
Review for v0.2.2 I think Project Venus is a relatively average "heroine thrown into the zombie apocalypse" type game in most aspects, but despite saying that I also found myself not really wanting to put the game down. Kind of a rare thing for me with lewd games these days. As far as lewd zombie survival games, and just RPGM in general, go, Project Venus really nails the gameplay aspect. It won't knock your socks off, but having real-time action with essentially full directional control for moving and aiming to allow dodging and fighting through groups of zombies is just simple fun. The zombie AI is surprisingly good in that they do emanate zombies rather well. They'll shamble towards you, slowly maneuver their way around obstacles, and occasionally speed up and put you in less than ideal situations. You have your "special" zombies like dogs and runners that provide extra danger, all of which a good shotgun blast solves pretty easy. The sprites are great for the MC and zombies alike with that sort of fuzzy old-gen look. You end up with a few different weapons to cycle through, have an inventory and weight system, lots of points to scavenge through for materials and such, things you might expect out of a zombie game. I wouldn't call it hard, and if you play smart you end up with a surplus of ammo, but I'm kinda glad for that. You take control of Jillian, who wakes up in her apartment to the zombie apocalypse breaking out and some thugs breaking into her room. You get a forced blowjob scene, a zombie breaks in, somehow the zombie and two thugs all die in a fight. I think that forced scene maybe tried to set a dark tone for the game? I felt it was unnecessary. A lot of the game is broken up into sections. The opening apartment one has you crawling through the floors, helping a few survivors, killing your first few zombies, and scavenging. You make it out on to the street, find a machine gun on a police truck, start mowing down zombies. You eventually get bit, but some strangers arrive in the knick of time to get you out of there. You wake up at a church and it's explained that the zombie virus has started to change you into a sort of superhuman rather than a zombie via some weird mutations. Sounds cool, but in actuality this turns you into the errand girl for this group of survivors that has taken you in. That's really what a lot of the story has boiled down to far. Go to this weapons store, it's locked so then go to this factory to get the right tools, then go to this other factory to get fuel, then go find food for us, etc etc. All with various roadblocks that require you to find some sort of item to progress. It's not hard, but gets repetitive. I will say the police station segment was cool though. I think I'd not mind as much if I actually cared about this survivor group. By and large, a lot of them are just forgettable. Jillian ends up referring to them as "her people" even though she really only forms a real connection with one of them. There's an asshole ex cop who's a perv, the military guy "leader' who just sends you out on task after task, the doctor who only experiments on you, a random couple who don't want to talk to you, etc. There's a quest where a mother and father of the group wants you to find cold medicine for their daughter, you do that, and she is literally never mentioned or relevant again. I feel a lot of characters you meet outside the group are more interesting. That badass survivor lady at the police station for example. But I digress. The lewd parts of this game follow a pretty typical corruption theme that I found myself either neutral on to straight up disliking. I never really like when games try to paint this picture of a badass ass-kicking heroine, who Jillian starts turning into, and then makes them weak-willed and slutty in lewd scenes because "corruption." The recent one with the asshole cop for example is a good fit. He just starts groping and fingering you which you just kinda take because it feels good, all while he humiliates you. Give the superhuman heroine the option to put him in his place a bit and do it on her terms maybe? Not all scenes in this do that to be fair. There's one where you just find a sex shop and use the dildo in it. Sure. I actually think one of the best scenes is with that trader character. By happenstance you sit and drink around a fire with him, he seems pleasant enough, and then at night he tries to grope you in his tent while you're sleeping. You catch him, and could very well kill him, but say fuck it just go ahead. Not because she lost to pleasure or whatever, just the conscious decision to allow it and have some power in the situation. The lewd scenes in general are a bit lacking and unceremonious is maybe the word. Most of them are short and simple with maybe a decent animation in the newer ones. Dialogue is pretty standard forgettable sex talk as well. Just not enough meat to them. The game also teases monster sex a few times, and I gotta say I'm gonna be disappointed if it doesn't go through with it. But that's also just a fetish of mine so *shrug*. Usually finding the story and lewd parts of games average are pretty big deal breakers for me, but again something about this is just addicting. Perhaps because lewd games like this are a rarity and I like RPGM, but regardless I would come back to this.
[v0.2.2] This is a good one. It's a real game with some porn. There is a corruption element tied to the story, and yeah, the porn bits are a bit silly, but by and large, the game takes itself seriously. It treats the zombie apocalypse with the weight and logic that fits a more gritty take on the genre. And the writing is actually good! The core of the gameplay is resource management and real time action. It uses custom sprites and looks quite good. I was looking for a decent game to play for fun rather than strictly to fap, and this one delivered. That said, it loses a star for not having a gallery or any indication of what scenes are even available. I feel like I missed some scenes from the first area of the game, but I wouldn't know, because no one is answering my questions in the game thread, there is no walkthrough, and no in-game resource to check. Give it a shot if you want to actually play a game. If you just want to fap, I wouldn't recommend. There are very few scenes compared to the gameplay.
A rare gem I found. The game combines good survival elements, okay story, good adult content, and fun combat mechanics. Even without the H-content, it would still be a good game. I wish the game had more sandbox mechanics, however, such as hunger, thirst, the need to sleep, the day and night cycle, etc. The game currently has some serious progress bug, which seems to happen more when saving during an event. I experienced two such bugs, which caused me to lose several minutes of gameplay.
TL;DR A game that blends the best aspects of zombie shooters, resource management and decision making, with the fun of a female protag corruption hentai game. The moments between lewds are fun and engaging, and the lewds are teasing, but worth it. Don't usually write reviews for what look like more "generic" games, but this one is phenomenal. Another rare porn game that is a porn GAME. It's a project zomboid type combat situation mixed with the traditional rpg walk around talk to people hentai aspects. The tight resource management means decisions like "exploring that house" are legitimate decisions that may not be worth the resources leaving you in a bad way for the rest of the game. I personally didn't realize this until I had no ammo or supplies for compound and had to do some creative stuff to get through it. What makes the risk worth it is potentially inside the house might be ammo you desperately need or a hentai scene. So you are you can't simply go "it's never worth it" or "it's always worth it". Game-play is not dissimilar to project zomboids gun combat, where its not exciting but more tactical. The slow corruption is great and the story is solid enough. Only place to gripe would be more "optional" lewd content but I think that's the on the radar from the dev's based on the change logs. If you like the "walk around and be lewd" female protag games, and enjoy the resource management from the best zombie games, this is a fantastic blend. Can't give half stars but this is a real 4.5/5, as the models/renders aren't groundbreaking like some of the famous games on here were at the time.
Great gameplay, intriguing world-building, and a sexy main character with good scenes. The scenes could be more detailed (more text and pics). Really enjoying it so far and looking forward to more content!
Great Game!!! Main character is so pretty, good choice. I like a lot things about zombies, and this game satisfied me pretty well. Several secundary characters with their own personalities. Plot with a good projection, and the corruption of MC have a good scale (even when the act of MC is to deep, is well developed by its action, which is punctual
Amazing game. Epic graphics, elaborated story, great character models. The only thing lacking would be an official walkthrough for all the crying comments, but let's be honest here, it's just a skill issue. Tip: You will need to be frugal with resource management, and remember to save often.
the game itself is very promising cool concept, beautiful mc model and okay story so far the problems I have with this game are all technical but I didn't leave a lower rating since i think they will be fixed in the future - the combat gets really buggy where multiple times i leave a building and a zombie is standing where i'm standing leaving me stuck unable to move ( i died multiple times because of this) -I had a save breaking bug that I don't know how or why it happened I just got an error while saving and couldn't load that save anymore so i just stopped playing the game cuz it was the only save i had and I will return to it after it's updated a bit more times ( I hope ) In conclusion, it's a good game but a buggy mess
I'm gonna give this a 4. Dev is active in the comments, which is cool. Game is actually fun to play aside from a few really really annoying things that can be cleaned up. (Bug of not being able to open the trader menus, autosave wasnt functioning for me, things like that) The survival aspect is nice but someway to get ammo when you run out would be nice. Something like, "ill suck your dick for some bullets" lmao. Its got potential, it really does, but ultimately i stopped playing after getting into the game and then dying and losing too much progress from a busted autosave. Probably pick this up again after some more updates and hopefully some bug fixes.
The Game is perfect, no idea where is the update but, it is much better than grindfest all games nowadays, not perfect linear but it is fun game, hope DEV will update it, Thanx for it. Killing Zombires is fun, sex is not much but all the way game is much better than imagines at first, almost like HUNTER.
Try writing a synopsis. I'll highlight first what got me hooked on the game. 1. Pixel character models are a cool art style pleasantly reminiscent of the first fallouts. 2. The setting of corruption in the global world of the zombie apocalypse. Almost any plot of corruption looks natural and harmonious in such conditions. 3. Sometimes I felt like I was playing old silent hills-it's WW. 4. A variety of partners for our heroine, I hope there will be more in the future. Nasty bastards and various critters are cool. 5.A tall heroine. I love tall girls and it's extremely beautiful and hot. And we have a strong and big heroine here, what you need for a zombie apocalypse, huh? Now that's what I have questions about. 1. Strange level design. At the very beginning of the game, in the church, I did not find the right door that leads to the common room. I just didn't see that there were pixels there, I thought I had caught a soft lock. In the location with the bandits, where the kid was standing near the fuel, I did not immediately notice that you can approach him if you rest against the bottom wall and the way to him appears. So I ran around for a while, thinking that a path would open up to him after some event. 2. Porn events. They are short both in terms of text and frames . I'm not a fan of reading an entire poem in one event like some developers do. But everything has to be in balance. In this case, it's too short, I look forward to and open these events, and they reward me with a couple of frames and a couple of lines of text, I don't even have time to feel them.
Games like these remind me why I should wait until the end of their development before playing them: when the end of content screen came up, part of me immediately exclaimed ‘But no! I want to continue!’ Project Venus is indeed a beautiful game, but let's go in order to talk about it. The premise is absolutely classic, almost clichéd: an American city is infected by a mysterious virus and its inhabitants begin to turn into violent, flesh-hungry zombies, but our protagonist miraculously turns out to be immune and will have to find a way to survive and, perhaps, even solve the mystery surrounding this plague. And so far, nothing new. Of zombie apocalypse-themed erotic games there are many, but this one definitely shines in terms of writing : the pornographic side does not lower the quality or ridicule the situation (like with undead wandering around with hard-ons, ready to jump on our Jillian), which on the contrary remains faithful to the video game (Resident Evil) and film inspirations, thus always taking itself seriously. Both Jillian and the characters she comes into contact with are acutely aware of the shitty situation they find themselves in and act accordingly, some for good, some for evil. This certainly does not mean that the erotic component is sidelined, on the contrary: in addition to the constant slight exhibitionism of our protagonist, there will be no lack, whether by her own choice, the effects of her particular mutation or the necessities of the case, of moments in which Jillian will lay herself bare and follow her desires (with a lewd parameter that will increase the more we push her to let go). I liked the content, straight, lesbian or solo, available in the game, both in terms of animation and dialogue. I would say that now is the right time to talk about the game's graphics : somewhere between mock 3D and pixel art, the game world is immersive and interesting to look at, while the character sprites, as well as the cutscenes, are all in beautiful 3D. All in all, I enjoyed it thoroughly. The gameplay , then, is definitely inspired by the old horror video games: the ammunition is realistically limited, especially those of the stronger weapons, which are found as the adventure goes on, while the bladed weapons require the zombies to get very close, with the risk of being wounded. Resources in general are scarce, obtainable mainly by rummaging around or through crafting, and must then be divided between a storehouse in the game hub and Jillian's backpack, which has a weight limit that cannot be exceeded, leading one to think hard about what one needs to carry around, generating what we can call a hobo economy (should I carry around this golden cup of considerable monetary value or prefer bandages and disinfectant?). A style that I personally enjoyed, but which I understand may not appeal all. The music section, finally, is nice, serves to create atmosphere and quietly does its duty, without infamy or praise. To conclude, Project Venus is, in my opinion, a great game without any doubt, which I would therefore highly recommend to anyone reading this review! Now we wait for the continuation...
This game is great honestly. It made me just focus on the game like the gameplay not just being excited to fap or something. I personally like playing this kind of games so its a 5 star for me. I am looking forward to the new update that's for sure.
This one of the very few games where hot female protagonist done right. The rpg zombie apocalyse aspect of it is very nice and engaging. It has a nice challenge to it. There is also quite a few h events which are animated. Overall this one of the best h games i played and i am looking forward to the next update
