Ray's Hotel Adventures

One thing fucked up my whole experience, real bummer Okay so if you accidentally skip the tutorial, say you're testing your controller and press the skip button, there's no "are you sure?" prompt, no redo the tutorial button, nothing, leaving me to fend for myself and it's no fun dying over and over again (I HAVE NEVER PLAYED A LUIGIS MANSION GAME) On that note, I'd like to mention that controller is terrible because the player doesnt even rotate their head to the right joystick correctly and the settings menu deadass doesn't work with controller, so that's great Weird that you can cheese the only boss by standing at the sides where they're statistically least likely to hit, especially at their second phase where, due to their timing or whatever, will actually never hit the sides. The only reason I didn't rate it lower is cuz of how short it is. Bummer.

Decent quality game. characters feel cute and sexy. characters have eyes that move to follow the character and don't just stare straight ahead, like i see in a lot of 3d games. characters also had cute facial animations that made them feel more "alive". Pretty decent game so far, i hope to see more soon!

Promising first version with some really nice art/concepts, Decent amount of content with a enemy fight and some exploration to get you used to the games controls straight away, Definitely keep an eye out for future updates to expand on this

Based on demo: Normally I don't rate demos. I think Ren'Py turned me off of it because demo releases are typically just short and unfulfilling, and offer little in what to expect, but this game actually delivers! Artwork/Animations - 5/5 I know it's a tad cartoon-y, but the artwork and animations in the game flow very smoothly, and the H-scene you earn getting through the demo is so smooth and well-made. Definitely a passion project here! Storyline/Dialogue - 5/5 Probably generous giving this 5 stars for the demo, but it's a fun story so far and you know what you're getting into. Dialogue is well-written, which is a huge plus to me. No reason to rate lower. Gameplay/UI - 4/5 So the game is fun and smooth so far. My one critique is I feel the aiming is off when you launch objects. The first ghost girl, if you try and shoot at her from an angle, the projectiles just seem to miss even when it looks like you're aiming. Might just be me, but worth looking into. Overall, amazing demo release! Highly recommend giving this a try! Cheers! Radical Dreamer

(Demo Review) A very neat game. Nice graphics, simple and enjoyable gameplay in which you explore a haunted hotel looking for coins and catch ghosts (using a system probably ripped from another obvious game? I haven't played it, so I could be wrong), the character moves responsively, and the tug-of-war combat is very intuitive and enjoyable. There are even some (very easy) environmental puzzles and even a bossfight! The animations are of nice quality, and the girl model, although simple, is very charming AND ABOVE ALL, IN THE H-SCENES WE HAVE FULL CONTROL OF THE CAMERA! Unfortunately, there's not much more I can say, because even for a demo, it's quite short, but it gives hopes for a great game. I hope the big N doesn't take an interest in it
