The sandbox is bad. This should be a linear VN. In terms of story, the MC is pathetic. I get it, he's grieving, but you would think he would stand up for himself a little bit and start being less of a doormat. You barely get any agency. All choices are like, choose this, or the other option is death/game over. Then why make the choices? There seems to be an interesting core of a story, but it needs removing/overhauling the sandbox system and making major changes in how the MC is written, otherwise this is just going to be another pathetic MC story. Once the overall sandbox system is changed, and the character writing of the MC is improved, I can see alot of improvement in this game. The core plot is interesting and the characters other than the MC are written quite well.
