About Sextates Manager
Sextates Manager is an adult visual novel from AfterHours Interactive, built in Ren'Py with 2D CG art and AI-generated visuals. You play a male protagonist who starts over in a new city, taking a new apartment and a new job. The story follows your first day at a real estate agency, where your words and questions shape relationships, career progress, and intimate moments. Two clients arrive with different needs, and you use multi-layered dialogue trees, gather information, and match properties. Each client can end in one of four results: a full sale, partial interest, a bad offer, or a walkout. Your boss Emma evaluates your negotiation skills with praise or critique.
The current build is v0.1, released May 4, 2026, and labeled Initial Release, so development is ongoing. The game runs on Windows, supports English plus fifteen additional languages, and is uncensored. The latest changelog adds only the initial release, introducing the office scenario, two clients, dialogue choices, property matching, and four outcome types.
