About Sexy Katana

Sexy Katana is a 3D adult RPG built with Unreal Engine by Doky. You play a female protagonist in a dystopian world where an evil vampire has risen and conquered society. As one of the few survivors alongside your master, you rescue other survivors and fight through hordes of enemies. The game uses animated 3D visuals.

The current build is v1.0, released November 22, 2024. It runs on Windows, supports English plus nine other languages, and is uncensored.

Welcome to the dark world of Sexy katana. An evil vampire has risen and conquered the world. There are only a few survivors, including you and your master. Rescue the survivors and have sex with them before continuing to annihilate the hordes of enemies.
