About Shamans and Debts!

Shamans and Debts! is an adult visual novel from CrisKing, built in Ren'Py with AI CG art. It plays as a story-driven sandbox with life-sim and RPG parts. You control Akane, a changeable protagonist, and decide how she spends days: going to university, working, moving through the city, paying rent and tuition, cooking, shopping, changing outfits, using her phone, meeting people, trading favors, dating, and handling those who try to control her life. Her choices, the time, where she is, her relationships, and earlier actions can alter which events appear and how they resolve.

The current build is v0.02, released September 28, 2026, and development is ongoing. It is for Windows, in English, and uncensored. This update fixed the save and load system, rebuilt combat as turn-based, added equipment, auto-resolve battles, a skill tree, new characters, and expanded Niki's main storyline. It also added Combini Store NPC events, a mall with several shops, phone-based save/load buttons, skip controls for minigames, and post-battle intimate scenes with Fire Imp, Mossmaw, and Sharkoid.

Shamans and Debts! is an adult, story-driven sandbox visual novel with life-sim and RPG elements. The player decides how Akane (changeable) spends her time, earns money, develops relationships and deals with the people trying to control her life. Attend university, work different jobs, explore the city, manage rent and tuition, cook, shop, change clothes, use the phone, meet NPCs, trade favors, date characters and discover optional events. Choices, time, location, relationships and previous actions can change which situations appear and how they end.
