About Shapeshifter
Shapeshifter by YayRo is an HTML adult Twine game. You take the role of a shapeshifter sent to a king's court with the goal of killing and replacing him. The setting is fantasy, with themes of corruption and multiple endings. Each playthrough changes because the king's tastes are generated anew. It uses images and videos, letting you take notes on what the king likes and dislikes. Your choices can affect nearby events, NPCs, and whether your character has piercings, shown by a left or right image.
The current build is v1.1, released October 7, 2025. It is a free version, so development is ongoing rather than finished. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The latest changelog, for V1, lists a base game, two endings, many transformations, and two seduceable characters.
