Silk Thread Studio made Silk Thread, an HTML psychological thriller RPG sandbox with 2D and AI CG art. You play Daniel Ashford, a man whose competence is questioned by his boss and increasingly noticed by his wife. After a major work failure threatens his career, a new superior trades protection, mentorship, and advancement for obedience. The arrangement begins with hidden black lace underwear and grows into choices about female domination, transformation, and sissification. As Daniel, each decision changes his identity, relationships, and body; there is no correct route, only consequences.
The current build is Release 3, and development is ongoing. It was released on September 12, 2026 for Windows, Linux, and Mac, in English, uncensored. Release 3, titled The Deal, adds 22 passages, 19 images, and roughly 6,464 words. It introduces Victoria Cross through a 7 AM summons to Floor 42, a career-autopsy conversation, and the offer. The drawer scene gives first physical contact with La Perla underwear and a three-way choice among shame, curiosity, and negotiation, setting a deal choice and seeding feminization. Side content features a Harper lunch and a longer Martin elevator scene. The build closes with underwear waiting in the nightstand until the next day.
Developer's description
A psychological thriller about power, transformation, and the lies we wear to work. Daniel Ashford is adequate. He knows it. His boss knows it. His wife is starting to suspect. When a catastrophic mistake puts his career on the chopping block, his new superior offers a private arrangement: protection, mentorship, promotion. In exchange, obedience. The terms start with a pair of black lace panties hidden under his suit. They don't stay small.
You play as Daniel. Every choice reshapes your identity, your relationships, and the body you inhabit. There is no right path. There are only consequences.
It was supposed to last a few days. The few days become more.

Passages: 20 | Images added: 17 | Prose: ~6,198 words
Daniel wears the panties to work for the first full day: standup, lunch with Crane, the conference-room presentation where Victoria watches him perform.
Harper and Martin both register something's different, advancing their suspicion threads without confirming anything.
After-hours summons to Victoria's office with the first denied-permission dynamic and a 3-way choice (ask / demand / silent) setting $choices.r4.afterHoursChoice.
Two sidequests: the washroom-stall locker moment (written at full explicitness per direct instruction) and an evening phone-check that plants the first seed of NTR awareness.

Full engine build from scratch: SugarCube theme/CSS, StoryInit variable schema ($stats, $npc, $wardrobe, $phone, $choices, $flags, $time), and the first custom macro set (<<location>>, <<modstat>>, <<npc>>, <<advancetime>>, <<ifstat>>).
Establishes Daniel's baseline married life at Meridian Consulting: Lena, Harper Quinn, Martin Crane, Greg Tanaka.
Morning routine → commute → office day, with two sidequests (Harper's coffee, Martin's hallway mentorship) and a phone-glimpse sidequest that plants Adrian Wolfe's Instagram follow request as a Chekhov's gun for Release 6.
Bedroom sex scene with the first 3-way branching choice (try to go down / suggest something different / accept the routine), each with its own marriageBond hit.
Sunday ritual closing and the first stats recap screen.
Mid-release polish: fixed sidebar/title overlap, added speaker-labeled dialogue (<<say>>/<<sayself>>), fixed a stat-bar-always-100%-filled bug, fixed a critical bare-<<goto>> bug that silently skipped passage content, added the sidebar objective indicator and character portrait, swapped the "ceiling crack" motif for "chip in the nightstand paint," removed em-dashes project-wide.
