Sissy Maker Deluxe is an adult point-and-click adventure from Sissy Maker, built as a mix of erotic interactive fiction and dating sim. It follows Chris and James as they begin a new life in a town filled with new characters, with a colorful cast and multiple endings. The game presents animated 2D scenes and choices that shape romantic and sissification-focused storylines. It runs on a C# Godot engine, migrated in an earlier update.
Development is ongoing. The current build is version 4.2.0, released February 27, 2026, for Windows and Mac in English, uncensored. This update adds thirty-nine CGs, seven events, and five sexy events, plus new sound and visual effects, improved background images, and fixes for dialog color bugs. Old saves from before the engine migration do not carry over.

In this update, we’ve finally finished migrating the entire game to the new C# Godot engine. We took this opportunity to revamp the writing and screen effects, as well as fix existing bugs (with more fixes coming in the next update). Part of the game engine was rewritten from the ground up. Unfortunately, this means old saves won’t be compatible.
Please bear with us during this engine change—future updates will be compatible with the new engine going forward.
