Sophia's Spa is a Ren'Py visual novel by DMA Games, presented with 3D CG art. You follow Sophia, a female protagonist who began working in a small local massage parlor, later took it over, and bought an abandoned city bath to create a spa and wellness center in a city park. As competition grows, she speaks with staff and prepares a morning meeting about needed business changes. The story includes cosplay and adult themes.
The current build is v1.03.598, released August 20, 2024. Development is ongoing, with the changelog marking beta status and adding Episode 3. A beta entry notes the first episode of Season 1 and four bonus tasks. The game runs on Windows and Linux, is in English, and is uncensored.

Sophia began her career as a young adult in a small local massage parlor. After the owner retired, Sophia took over the massage parlor from her and continued to work. After some time, she had the opportunity to buy an abandoned city bath, for a little money and turn it into a modern spa and wellness center, naming it Sophia's Spa, but also keeping the name "massage parlor" as a reminder of the beginnings of her career. Located in the city park, with a rich clientele, Sophia's Spa has been operating successfully for years. However, faced with increasingly strong competition, Sophia decided to make changes in the business. During the past few days, Sophia talked to her employees and inquired about what and how the competition is doing. Everything pointed to the need to introduce changes in work. At the morning meeting, Sophia will explain to her girls what the business situation is and what changes are necessary...
