Hands dwn one of my favorites. The story is really good so far the only thing i wanna see more of is the Mc changing overtime to become more confident and we get to see that happening with her appearance like her not wearing the glasses sometimes or a hairstyle change maybe even us seeing her become more of a hard ass.

extraordinarly well written for the genre (even disregarding genre it's definitly pretty good). If ANYTHING happens to pearl im killing everyone in the room and then myself (i know it's gonna happen and i don't want it to please dev don't do it (also undoom the yuri, they deserve a good ending please)) Subjects are treated well af and for once it does not spoon feed you the informations THAT much and let you get it because dev knows the ppl won't be THAT dense. goated 10/10 one of the few porn games that got some actual emotions stuck on me with the story. Also breasts are very very well done.

I'd rate this more along 4.5 stars, but given the lack of other reviews and the potential, I've decided to give this 5 instead of 4. Spark suffers from somewhat dry first scenes that don't put the game's best face forward. While it remains at times a little unpolished, and a bit of inexperienced clumsyness makes itself apparent at times, the game is a diamond in the rough for people who like emotionally investing stories, interesting characters & unique character models, and an actual emotional depth in the characters. Past the initial roughness, there's a emotional & sensitive insight into the characters inner motivations and actions that goes beyond what most VNs generally offer. Weaknesses, fears, insecurities are exposed, and the VN handles this with sensitive insight that makes you feel with the characters. You can root for the protagonist, hope they make friends, get angry at those that mistreat them, and look forward what next twist or turn happens, and how things turn out. It's that emotional investment that lets me look past the rougher bits and makes me hope the author continues with the story, even if they have, at times, not quite found their perfect footing yet. It's also worth to note the character designs that often (but not always) are unique, quirky, recognizeable and convincing and the high quality images that are used. While the perspective shots and the usage of the camera itself needs some work, there is a lot of effort put into the game. As of 0.2, there are no sex scenes with other characters, although there is some nudity. The game seems intent on building up the relationships first and I think it will make the subsequent scenes all the more satisfying. It does look like the futa MC will be able to have a relationship with some of their friend's mothers as well as possibly have a relationship with a married woman (who's husband is an asshole). Most of the VN seems to focus on (ultimately) positive relationships, affection as well as some optional sub/dom scenes based on your interests. All in all, the potential here makes me very forgiving of its shortcomings and I'm looking forward to the next chapter and curious as to what's going to happen next.

Ooh, that's a bit difficult to rate because despite the three stars, I wouldn't exactly call this "average" as much as "it has potential but needs to be fulfilled". The writing is a hit and miss. There are plenty of characters introduced with barely any preamble, and sometimes scenes lead into each other with no warm up, some end abruptly, and the MC's inner monologue is at times infuriating as it goes on and on and on. Normally I don't mind a more wordy experience, but that's when the author actually has something to say. Some of the time there is, and when the sequences of good writing appear, they are good hence why the rating isn't lower, but more often than not that isn't the case. But like I said there's potential. Also, blessed be, a Koikatsu game where the characters look like actual adults! The visuals, also a bit of a hit and a miss. The characters themselves look good, lighting is pretty good, but there are a bunch of horizontal shots that are absolutely irritating physically to look at on a screen. Also a bit infuriating, but this has to be one of the unluckiest MCs ever, I swear. Past full of backstabbing bitches, present full of backstabbing bitches, and an MC that does nothing about it. I understand the reasons "why", and the groundwork has been laid for when the MC is likely to finally snap and clap back, and very hard, but in these early chapters it can be infuriating to read, but that's just the story being told and overall that aspect of the story is delivered well here. Overall, there's potential here, and writing and visuals both can get better with time as the dev gets more experienced. I'll be following the development.
