Succubus Garden is a 3D animated Unity game by Hachimitsu Sand. You play Saki, a growing succubus with a strong sexual appetite, living in a coexistence support city where succubi are treated as a specially alert species. They work under a guild, improve their sexual lives, live with other species, and seek a better status. Saki often snacks and breaks town rules, leading to temporary expulsion from the guild and a one million gold fine. The game blends management and monster girl themes with a fantasy setting. Developer's description

Take control of Saki, a growing succubus with a strong appetite (sexual desire), and take a peek into life in the bustling town of Succubus Garden! The setting is the coexistence support city of Succubus Garden, where succubi who have been deemed a “specially alert species” for causing sexual problems in many towns live simulated lives. Under the guild, they work to improve their sexual lives, coexist with other species, and aim for a review of their status. The protagonist of this work, Saki, is a habitual snacker who breaks the town’s rules. However, she is eventually provisionally expelled from the guild and sentenced to pay a fine of 1 million gold.
