Sugar Lust: Hentai Harem is a 3D puzzle adventure made by PocketAceGames with Unity. You control a female protagonist exploring a candy-themed landscape where tentacles and bodily fluids shape the action. You collect and upgrade a harem to fight monsters such as a succubus queen, blending humor, adult content, and party progression. The game is also voiced.
The current release is v1.4.0, dated November 13, 2025, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. Quick, fun and simple. I hope this gets many updates. The gameplay itself of course isn't too "new", and yet, the game keeps itself fresh and makes probably a few hours of fun when it's completed. Can recommend!
