About Sunrider: Mask of Arcadius

Sunrider: Mask of Arcadius is a 2D CG sci-fi strategy game made with Ren'Py by Love in Space. You play as Captain Kayto Shields, whose home world has been destroyed and whose nation has fallen. Commanding the ship Sunrider, he and his First Officer search the stars for allies to fight a force seeking to dominate all sentient life. The story spans a galactic struggle for survival and heroism. The game uses turn based combat, and it is the second entry in the Sunrider trilogy, including material from First Arrival.

The current build is Beta 7.2 on Steam, dated July 2, 2014, indicating ongoing development. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, is also available in English, and is uncensored.

Developer's description

As Captain Kayto Shields, embark on a galactic voyage of heroism and survival. With his home world destroyed and his nation conquered, the inexperienced Captain Shields, and his newly minted vessel, the Sunrider, are left as the only hope against a galactic evil intent on subjugating all sentient life. Together with his loyal First Officer, he undertakes to find allies across the stars to retake his home planet and restore peace to the galaxy. Sunrider: Mask of Arcadius is the second installment in the Sunrider trilogy, which includes all of the content of First Arrival. Save the galaxy in this epic adventure through the stars!
