About TESS

TESS is a Ren'Py visual novel by Chris Eman. It is a remake of the creator's first title of the same name, merged with Desire From Beyond, and it shares a connection with Irreverent Heresy as part of a rebooted Love MorteM universe. The game plays more like a sandbox or point-and-click experience than a traditional linear visual novel, using animated 3DCG artwork. Its themes include horror, futa/trans, and interracial content, and you play as a male protagonist.

The current build is v0.2, released on June 25, 2025, and development is still ongoing. It is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux, in English, without censorship. The latest update notes that the full map has not been opened yet and still requires configuration and quest work. The release includes a lot of content, with a dreams and nightmares image unlockable alongside other scenes. The landlord quest is progressing but incomplete, so the developer recommends saving the game.

TESS, is a remake of my first VN, (which bears the same name) while merged with Desire From Beyond; It is a VN more oriented to the Sandbox or Point And Click. It has a connection with Irreverent Heresy (which with these VN reboot the universe that was Love MorteM).

v0.2 I haven't been able to open the map completely yet, I'm sure it would take me a week to configure and add it, apart from the quest itself. But there is a lot of content, the image is just “dreams and nightmares” unlockable, apart from the other scenes. The theme of the landlord (quest) is progressing but still missing, so I recommend saving the game. v0.0 initial zone release
