PROS + Female character models are quite good; they are all good-looking in their own way, cute, sexy, beautiful, etc. + Visually, the game looks good, art style, quality of renders, lightning, etc, all are quite decent. CONS - Writing is not original or well-written. - We have those cliche ''exist to annoy players for no reason'' characters here as well, and it drops the quality of the game a lot. For example, like Paul, he is basically insufferable, all he does is cause problems, and make MC's and others' lives worse; if he didn't exist, the game would be 2-3 times better easily. Then we have Tom, Sarah's ex-boyfriend, again, why he even exists is a mystery... Then we have the cliche AF ''MC's perverted best friend'' as well, and he even cockblocks the MC whenever he can, daring today, aren't we. - Choices are at the left-most middle part of the screen, and it's annoying/tedious; they should be in the middle-most, and close to the bottom part of the screen instead, like all other games. If not broken, don't change it, simple as that. - Animations look simply unfitting for the game's own art style, weird, and awful; they just ruin the whole lewd/sexual part of the game. VERDICT This is a big wasted potential, with better writing, and not weird and awful looking animations, this can be easily a 4-5 star rated game, but with how it is currently, it's just poor.

Overall, game is pretty solid but not perfect, therefore not giving it 5 stars for now. Renders are pretty great, animations are fantastic - one of the best i've seen so far - and the game has a lot of potential for the future. However, story is pretty much the 'same as every single other game out there' and, for now, it doesn't have much content. Lewd scenes are pretty vanilla. Again, lots of potential and will definitely keep an eye out for this one

At this point I would probably give this a 4.5, but I rather leave it at 4 as I think 5 would give the impression that the game is perfect when it isn't. First the positives: The girls are all very hot and have defined personalities, extra points for not using the typical trope of "one of your two sisters hates you and the other is infatuated with you". The setup is quite good, you are part of a family a bit down on its luck, it is you, your loser of a dad, your mom and two sisters. It is clear that both sisters have feelings for you, and you are, in typical VN fashion, just becoming aware of your own feelings for them. You also start "taking care" of your mum, encouraged by your older sister. The older sister in particular seems like an awesome LI, she is gorgeous, but she is also understanding and supporting of the MC, not jealous, and in several occasions she appears to be a good wingman for the MC. Kudos on making her really likeable. The renders are really good, with good angles, good light... etc. To add to it, during the conversations, the renders keep changing, slight changes in angle, mouths move, characters look in different directions... it feels carefully crafted, and it is refreshing to see that 1 single render is not used for 12 different phrases. The dev understands the medium and that this is a visual format and doesn't let your eyes rest bored on the same image for too long, so again, great work there. Another positive is that we have already two different sex scenes fully fledged, no dreams, no imagination.... proper sex with two characters in quite short time. These are also properly done, maybe some choices would have been appreciated (maybe in positions, where to cum... etc) , but for an intro, it is great to not be blueballed. Quite promising for the future. So.... what is not so great? Well, while the setup for the story is original and it makes me look forward to what the story will become (the storm, them being fishermen, will the boat survive? will they have financial issues.... etc) the scenes are not original and something you have seen a million times, you have the applying lotion at the beach, the truth or dare game (even if it is played in a weird way...), the "you used to be a model so let me take pictures of you" one, the "lets playfight and you fall with your crotch on my face" one.... These scenes are all coupled with the usual dialogues and inner thoughts that you have also seen a million times in similar VNs. It is that lack of originality why I think that this doesn't deserve a 5 star.... yet. I think the dev has a chance to move past this and now give us original or different scenes, build upon the relationships that are there, give us slightly more choices on the sex scenes, dare to be original and kinky on the sex scenes... and then this could be a 5 easily. There's obvious effort and care put in this VN, so I would still encourage people to give it a try, I will definitely keep an eye on it.

[v0.1] A very good start. Interesting, dynamic relationships are established between MC and all three FMCs, which are all distinct. The three FMCs also have their own interesting relationships. The flirting is hot and heavy, but also takes distinct paths reflecting the relationships and personalities of each FMC. The two existing sex scenes with side-characters are a little disappointing compared to the flirting scenes though, with a lot less eroticism. They seemed like a perfunctory checklist of sex positions, a lot of telling rather than showing. If a female character is orgasming to the point of not being able to stand, that should be shown in visuals and text, not just via a transition. Hopefully when we get sex scenes with the FMCs, they'll be more elaborate. It's still unclear what the actual plot of the game is so far, but I'm definitely excited for the next versions.

The good thing about this game isn't just the visuals or the kinks, it's also the situation and setting in which they happen... the game has the audacity to create some excellent +18 scenarios that not everyone would think of or have the courage to. And best of all... it even has a good romantic atmosphere to justify the +18... It's a mix of everything that's good. I really recommend it. If the developer stays on track with what has already been done, we will really continue to have something very good here.

potential to be the best new game of the vn of the year.. I really hope this makes it through to the end. Best unique character designs ive seen since heart problems. A little bit of a slime ball for MC, but I get it.

The game looks amazing for the first version. Some of the characters however need to show more emotions, to help make the game feel more alive than it currently is. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Great game honestly for version 0.1. I’m a big fan of netori, so this one was right up my alley. Even though the gameplay isn’t super long, it still manages to deliver a really satisfying experience without feeling rushed. The girls look amazing, and the scenes are done really well. It’s the kind of game you can sit down and enjoy in one go and still come away feeling like it was worth it.

V0.1 5/5 stars Sexy models (even if they don't really look related ...), good animation, good intimacy. Decent dialogue. MC is not a *total* perv. Clean UI. Good sound design. What's not to like except maybe the MC being taller -- seriously devs stop with the manlets ... 6 feet tall please ... LIs should generally be 3-9 inches shorter than MC IMO. Oh, and please ignore the comments from little dick crowd. Make his cock even bigger just to piss them off! Looking forward to seeing this one develop!

I really don't have anything bad to say about it right now, the visuals look amazing, all the girls are beautiful and even though it looks like it uses AI animations, they are actually very well done as well. Very good start.

The Beach House is currently a Demo that shows promise even after not being very, very well defined. The plot has not started yet though it has done a decent job introducing itself, the LIs all look really nice, the script is fine for a Demo with a pacing that is very well balanced between speed and length, and the renders came out respectfully good. Characters could use a bit more refinement and time to interact with each other -which I'd wager it shall be seen in future episodes-, and the title thus far makes little sense; they live 10 minutes away from the beach, and they live in a house (again, I think that will be more developed later on). On the other hand, if I'm really, really picky, I'd go so far as to say that they all could show a bit more emotions. For instance, when Aly is is doing her with homework, she gets momentarily annoyed with him after he yanked her arm and made her sit on his lap. She is annoyed, and yet she looks at him as if they were talking normally . All in all, The Beach House wants to start making things right to build its universe. Good looking LIs, a story that could go anywhere and visuals that are pleasant to the eye.

I think this VN has a lot of potential. The models look good though the "mom" looks a bit young and thus far all the girls seem to be of the large breast and butt variety but not outrageous. Everything else doesn't look bad. The writing and dialog aren't bad either. No major errors in spelling or grammar. I sincerely hope the Dev keeps at it, it would be a disappointment if this is abandoned. A project I'm considering being a subscriber for. I hope any side girls who may come along will be optional, if any. It'd be a shame if this fall in the trap that some do and introduce too many characters. I also hope this Dev doesn't have a creampie phobia. We'll see. This has the potential of being 5 star worthy so I may revise my score upwards. Nice start Dev, keep at it.

Brief so far but excellent visuals and set up. There's a enough dialogue and set up to understand the relationships and how this will go. The art is really phenomenal and animations match that quality exactly.

I cannot give this more than 3. Hell I would give 2.5. Renders are amazing, girls are looking also hot, but the dialogues and general feel of the game ? Its completely awful. The dialogues read like its been written by 1 year old version of ChatGPT. The roomate(or whatever you´re gonna write there) is so overused in dialogues that it made me quit the game. Just rework the dialogue and relationships and might stand a chance. 2.5/5

I'm disappointed, the girls are attractive, they showed interest in the MC from the start, but everything else is bad. I know it's just a demo, but it left much to be desired, there are many problems, such as cropped images (something seen right in the first render of the story), the "cameras" moving during conversations, and poorly done focus changes, things that could have been avoided with a little attention. I didn't like the MC's appearance at all, the dev tried hard to make him look younger than he should be, and the result was terrible, he looks immature compared to the other characters in the story, and his penis is gigantic and thicker than his arm, did you really need to exaggerate that much? Luna's BJ was ridiculous with the MC having a penis like that, even the AI the dev used for animations thought it was exaggerated and reduced the penis size during the animation to make the BJ possible. The dev could also have used tanned girls with bikini tan lines as well, it’s not very common in AVNs, but I personally find it appealing, and they live on the beach, so it would make sense. However, they can’t all be like that, or it stops being special. It's too early to judge the story, it's just a demo, but there are also some errors in the script, errors caused by the lack of attention. I loved Sarah, she's beautiful, and that's why I hope the dev makes a remake fixing the problems I pointed out.

The game isnt bad, but greatly overrated if to judge on the current content. (but it's just a demo so we'll see with future updates ) Dialogue are fine,nothing exceptionnal with a few error here and there (inversing name with the mother and sister for example ) but nothing major. Good renders, and the girls are looking great. Not much of story so far though, just quickly discovering mc's family and their relationship dynamic without anything happening yet, so we'll have to wait to discover what this even who's supposed to change their life is . Otherwise it's just your usual incest game with two innocent sister drooling over their brother from the very start and the mother in a toxic relationship with an alcholic husband (and already some naughty thought about her son) Spoiler The oldest sister with whom mc is realy close and is passing most of his time . The youngest one who's jealous of her two siblings relationship and is kinda rejected by them most of the time ( just in this update the mc admit finding excuse to never assisting her sister voleyball match because he think it would be boring, and as soon that he can party he dont hesitate to ditch her to pass time with his friend and the other sister) The insecure mother with an asshole of husband, and mc's here to help regaining her confidence back . Already a few sex scenes : the oldest sister already give a quick handjob (in a dream) to his brother, and there is a full sex scene with the slutty sister of his best friend who's throwing herself at him as soon that she appear, so people who are only here for the faping will be happy because it doesnt look like there will be much build up in the relationship based on how the 4 girls are acting so far.

I must say, finally a good looking game again. Models, story and gameplay are just perfect. The hype also comes with a negative thought, usually those games getting cancelled but I really hope it will stay and continue.
