The Favor I Owe is a story of Ethan and Ava, a happily married couple for over two years, who share the kind of love that feels unshakeable. They’ve built their world together, filled with happiness, those special little moments and obviously a lot of sex. But now, for the first time, they’re apart. Ethan has been sent away on a two-month project, leaving Ava behind. One of the ways they communicate is through text messages, and the story will be told through these text messages. So, a happy wife equals a happy life and Ethan seems to have cracked the code and everything is going perfect until Ethan gets a message from his best friend. A woman who once made a great sacrifice for Ethan. A woman who now asks for something that could destroy everything he holds dear. A favor that crosses every line imaginable. Who is this best friend, and what exactly did she do to help Ethan all those years ago, and what does she want now? What's the favor she is looking for? What kind of favor can make Ethan question everything? What sort of favor can make him lose his sanity? Spoiler Will Ava ever find out about this favor? If she does, how will she react-with love, anger, or confusion? Will this friend of Ethan accept a “no,” for an answer, or will she stop at nothing to get what she wants? As the story unfolds, you’ll decide Ethan’s path — and with it, the fate of his marriage. Will he fight to protect Ava and their love, or will curiosity and guilt slowly draw him into something darker? Will he stand strong, or will he begin to crave what he once feared? Can love survive when temptation, guilt, and desire start to blur into one? This story takes inspiration from a true event that took place to a colleague of mine in recent times which seriously left many of us shocked (and sort of hot too, hence I decided to make a game out of it). Of course, it’s been dramatized and spiced up for our entertainment, but the moral dilemma remains painfully real. What would you do if someone who once saved your life asked for something you could never give?
