The Goblin's Brides

The game isn’t great, in my opinion. The pacing isn’t good things happen very quickly, and there is no satisfying buildup whatsoever. It’s just sex scene after sex scene. The characters aren’t very interesting either, so I can’t even say they had much room to develop or change in the first place. It all feels very bland. I do like some of the models in the game some girls look better than others and have some interesting designs. The sex scenes aren’t great either; there is little to almost no animation at times, and the characters lack a good range of facial expressions, often reusing the same ones, which I’m not a fan of. Overall, it’s just below average on my scale, and there are better goblin games out there.

Giving this 5 stars feels criminal, so I'm docking it one. First, the good. I enjoy 3d porn, and while this isn't the best graphically, it certainly does just fine and I really like the main girl especially. Not sure what it is, but she actually feels unique amidst the sea of cookie cutter 3d faces from other games. As such, all the scenes with her were pretty hot by default. 4/5 graphics. The corruption is pretty hot, if you're at all into that and especially if you're okay with goblins/ugly bastards. It uses the usual goblin magic cum trope, but comes along as more consensual than I'm used to, which is a nice surprise. One of the nicest goblins out there. Which means your descent into depravity is very much centered around your choice to do so. Beware, it seems like if you choose to prevent a character from having an initial encounter with the goblin, you don't really get a second chance. So if you find a character pretty, make sure she gets fucked every time. Now for the mixed. The writing is not Shakespeare, but sometimes feels like it's trying to be. The grammar is great, this actually feels written by a native English speaker, but the plot is pretty paper thin. This is fine though, as what really matters, the sex, is carried pretty well through it, allowing the main character and others to follow a pretty steady corruption route. There are definitely times, though, where you sit through loads of exposition that don't really do much to make any of these characters more fuckable, and serve to really just waste your time on a world that ultimately doesn't go anywhere. There is a villain, who shows up all of 2 times, the first time to prove she's there, and the second to be soundly defeated with no effort. I know that feels short, but you have to read something like 45 minutes of text in the middle of all the more interesting interpersonal moments that make the story hot. 45 minutes of text is not enough to make you care, but it's way too much time for something which you DON'T care about. Now for the bad. There are choices in this VN, but they amount to, essentially, do you want to see sex or not? For a shorter game like this, that kinda sucks. Worse, nothing else seems like it will change based on your choices than if you see sex. So if you choose to replay, the only thing that makes sense is to play with either an all in or all out mentality.

I don't know why this visual novel is so highly rated. To me, it's just not worth it. I gave up after an hour and a half because the plot was so boring. There's no real plot to speak of. You're introduced to two girls and a goblin who get locked up while trying to steal something. But who they were stealing from, what they were after, and why - the author doesn't bother explaining. Then, they get accidentally freed when some other force attacks. This is a visual novel, so there should be some visuals to show what's going on. But the creator just stuck with a boring retelling from one character's perspective. It's like that the whole time - just moving from place to place with sex scenes every few minutes. Maybe there will be more to come, but I doubt it. The characters are no better off. The author tries to keep up with the drama by dropping in little tidbits about the goblin's, elf's and tiefling's past, but it's not enough to really get a sense of them. At the same time, the game keeps trying to overload us with information about the world, throwing out names of countries, kings, and events, which just makes it worse. Instead of trying to explain the motivations of the characters or what's going on around them, we get a bunch of unnecessary details that don't really add anything to the story or connect the world to the characters. The visual component also leaves much to be desired. The developer used standard renderers that look average. They can't be called terrible, but there's nothing to praise them for. For 2022 this would be a solid "average", but over the past three years, such a schedule has become outdated. The sex scenes are rather faded and mundane, there is no zest in them. Golbin just pressed for pity and the girls gave him sex. And then they fall in love with him. Why? The author believes that this isn't worth explaining. The scenes are absolutely standard. The only thing you can partially praise the developer for the musical accompaniment (if a campfire is burning, you will hear its crackling, or if the characters are walking through the forest, you will hear the sound of leaves in the wind). But in the sex scenes, in my opinion, there was a hack. Yes, there are moans, but it seems that the developer took a random porn video and cut the soundtrack from it with all the accompanying sounds of the video. Imagine: a girl is having sex with a goblin in a cave on a stone floor and then you hear the creak of the bed behind her moans (although maybe it was her joints creaking, who knows..) To summarize: this is a visual novel with a weak plot, flat characters, and outdated graphics. I don't recommend it.

The Goblin's Bride was a phenomenal game! Not at all what I was expecting, but in a good way. I was not expecting a bad game, but your typical goblin game is almost always darker in theme and just nastier (piss, scat, filth, etc) too. The Goblin's Bride was a welcome departure from that played out trope. It was refreshing to have a Good Guy ™ Goblin that didn't have a monstrous disposition, only the outer appearance of one. While the women in the story had fairly simple personalities, that doesn't detract from them or the story. There simply isn't enough of a focus on their backstories for them to have been fleshed out enough. The gorgeous art is where this game really shines! I absolutely love the character designs, even Nax's. I do hope that if there is a sequel, we will see some variation to the design of their children. While there weren't many animated scenes, the last one in the game is truly exquisite. And the lack of animation did not hinder my enjoyment of the game at all. The Goblin's Bride story made for a very enjoyable play-through, though how linear it is certainly won't make a second play-through novel. But not every story needs to have a ton of options. Sometimes being guided down the path while the story unfolds is nice. The game was a solid 9.5/10 for me, with the only thing keeping it from a perfect score being either the grammar, or translation of the script. It reads like a story that was either written by someone who's first language isn't English or translated by the same person. This doesn't make the story incomprehensible, it would just take me out of my immersion when I had to do some internal editing. In fact, even with that one issue, I would recommend this game to just about everyone. TLDR: 9.5/10 game, tots play this one handed, hairy armpits FTW!!!

This game has some beautiful characters, good renders and some pretty decent sex animations. Worth a play through for a quick jerk off to the hot scenes. But it's ultimately disappointing as a story and as a game. Good: - characters look stunning (Morgan was my fav) - Good balance between dialogue and new scenes - some world building - writing is decent (no spelling or grammar issues that I noticed) - plays to a rare goblin-woman fetish Bad: - characters get corrupted really easily - female characters lack much personality (or whatever personality they have seems to get obliterated by lust, so they become mindless sluts) - if you don't choose to get sexy with the goblin early, it seems your character is more or less blocked from further sex scenes with him - despite this nominally being a female main character game, the goblin Nax really is the main character and this plays out like a typical harem VN Ugly: - linear story - optional sex scenes that have little bearing on the game

Thought it would be a bad game with the goblin harem theme so i avoided this game for a long time. But it is really good actually. Fine graphic with well written characters. Reasonalbe and hot sexual scenes. Not those no brain porns and still focus on sex theme.

A very competent and enjoyable game with likeable characters. The renders are fine and plentiful. However, I can't help but notice the lack of creativity and ambition. Curses that force someone to have sex are the worst type of contrivance. And the plot is very dry, without any big surprises, comedic relief, or difficult choices. Things move very fast, with very little room for subtlety. I expected this game to be a corruption game, but it ended up being pretty much just a romance. In a weird way, this makes the game unique, because it's pretty much the only "goblin" game that caters to a vanilla audience. On top of this overall blandness, there isn't any gallery as far as I can tell. Overall, it's a good game though, and I hope to see more from the developer. Review of Version [v1.0]

Above Average Ren'Py Novel, I quite liked it honestly - Yeah, he's fucking ugly. But! it has pregnancy, which i like. So it's a pretty good 8/10. Could've benefited from better grammar but hey, i don't speak english natively, so who knows.

The story is so good. It's the prefect tale of corruption. You can see the main girl slowly start to like and even love the goblin. It depends on you though because there are multiple branches. The characters look good too, they are all really hot, I wish there was a blonde one but they still look great. The only flaw I have is that there is no gallery so you have to make multiple saves for each scene you like or scroll through. Easy 5/5 and it sounds like the author is working on a new game so I'm very excited to try that.

This game has decent graphics and some nice renders. The female characters look attractive although to much hairy. The story is a bit weak. The game interface is OK. Overall the game is little bellow average.

What a fun little game! Not perfect, but a very good first effort and definitely worth a play. Models are beautiful, and varied. Love the pubes. It's nice for the goblin to not be a nasty little rape machine for a change. No animations, but this is made up for by sexy sounds in the lewd scenes. These are very good. I understand animations are coming for the Devs future projects. This is a great example of how good a game can be when it just focuses on one thing,(Goblin Harem) and does it right. Other Devs could take a lesson, who try to do too much with their games, and they end up mediocre at best. Would have liked more anal scenes and some Mum/Sis content, but still a very fun little game. This AVN would do very well on Steam around the 4- or 5-dollar price point due to its length.

For a monster fetish, this is a good try. The story itself is short but it introduce early a reason for girls to be needy for a fat ugly green dick (duh, goblin semen is adictive). The issue of sex need beeing solved the story is quite linear with small deviation and choose regards who you will fuck or not. At one moment we are introduced to the sister, mother and friend which are underused (some forced/blackmail with blacksmith, some addition to the harem). The harem is actualy build, we get interactions between the girls as oposed to them just being some hoes attracked to the same dick.

[Rev @ The Goblin's Brides [v1.0] Nice but needs polished. Art's as good as 3d rendering can be expected to deliver. Writing needs work. Scenario's neat, narrative functions, but fluency struggles. Characterization is a bit shallow. As a plus I enjoyed some of the subtexts, but as a minus I felt that other loose ends were never address and the late story felt a bit like the muse left. I had no problems with the porn; much of what I saw was right up my alley and what wasn't was signposted and easily avoided. I particularly enjoyed the girl/girl and that the harem actually interacted rather than just being a herd of uninvolved hoes. Only complaint with gameplay is the aforementioned ending; it seems too abrupt. TLDR: More like this, please~

Good VN. Decent girls and renders. You are looking at around a couple of hours of game time. No plot or story worthy of relevance here, just some degeneracy with little green ol' ugly bastard. I was hoping it would be bigger in scope, but at least the dev completed the project.

Great good short game, renders look great. Story is not too good but for a quick fap game like this it was good enough. a lot of scenes and the game had great sound effects. There are different endings depending on the choices you make during the game.

Hope there will be a sequal to this game or atleast another game like it. maybe with some thing other then a goblin or let nax expand his harem. i love this game.. "now i just need more words,,,, just to fill out the 200 word requirement...."

An ok game. Short, with acceptable writing, the game has gives you multiple choices as you complete the story, unfortunately, they mostly amount to choosing to skip content. The prologue, in my opinion, could have been improved if the author had chosen show over tell. The majority of the narrative has the characters facing you in standard VN fashion with more natural scenes interspersed. The sex scenes are static with one animated scene to my knowledge. A status of complete game is a bit of a misnomer given that multiple endings are not completed. Also, I don't know if the game was rushed to completion, but the sister, mother, and friend felt underutilized. The girls are hot, as are the sex scenes, so give the game a shot if you don't have anything else in your queue.

We all play games in this site to explore our mischivious or dark fantasy. Monster sex is perhaps one of the oldest and most common fantasy. Monsters laying waste to lands killing men & raping women are common tropes. We have enough of that here and are good to average at best then this little gem pops up. An actual VN of Monster love & sex. I was surprised & hooked to play this game till the end. Though it looks like as an underdog love story on face-value there is enough hints to suggest that manupilation is afoot & the ending does leave us asking is the protagonist going along with her free will or is it manipulation. That the dev is in process of creating part 2 for this game in an expanded world is promising and gives us something to look forward too & a great hook for those who have played to come back. A Medium Short game that's fun & ticks all the right boxes. Oh and congratulations to the Dev on finishing the game properly. Sex - 5/5 Really well done in respect to the subject manner. Manages to hold the line between romance & beastiality Story - 5/5 For a medium length game the story was compact & actually made sense so kudos to the Dev. Characters - 3/5 The character designs themselves are good but not great & personally I did not feel there was too much variety. Replayability - 2.5/5 Not too many choices but the choices mater so you will want to play again to get all the paths & just play again
