The Lewd Deal is a Ren'Py adult visual novel by Mr.Creep Games. Its 3DCG presentation follows a house-buying premise where one early choice branches the story into two very different routes. In the romance-focused path, you play a single man touring a property with real estate agent Ashley, and the visit quickly turns into an unexpected situation. In the corruption-focused path, you and your wife seek a dream family home while treating Ashley as someone to dominate and draw into your shared desires.
The current v3.0 Full Steam build is dated October 1, 2024 and is the full release, not a demo. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android in English, with no censorship. The full release lists 840 4K renders, 12 4K animations, 5,300 words, and 17 songs that omit moaning sounds. Playtime is about one hour and ten minutes in Ren'Py auto mode, though it can be longer or shorter depending on how much time players spend with the scenes.

The game has a single choice you make at the beginning that splits it into two routes, both of which have their own stories and lewd arcs that play out quite differently from each other. Spoiler Vanilla route (romance/seduction/story-focused): You are a single guy who is looking to buy a new home. You are about to meet Ashley, a lovely real estate agent, and tour a house with her. But everything is not as simple as it looks. It won’t be long before both of you find your selves in a situation you did not expect. Fetish route (domination/corruption/threesome): You and your wife are looking to buy the dream family house. What the cute real estate agent Ashley is not aware of, however,is that you are not any ordinary couple, but a sexual power one that enjoys sharing, corrupting, and dominating together. Will Ashley be able to stand on her two feet, or will she submit to your desires?
