About The Locket

The Locket is a Ren'Py visual novel from Watermelon Universe, built as a romance and dating-sim story with transformation themes. It uses a comic-book-inspired anime or cel-shaded style rather than photoreal art. You play Natalie, a redheaded member of a four-person team whose quiet competence is disrupted after a routine fight, when her body begins running hot. Her suit becomes progressively tighter, her teammates react, and Adam, the team lead, notices changes that the others handle differently. The story centers on a heroine seeking attention from everyone in Manhatten.

The current build is v1.0, Episode 1, released May 17, 2026, with development still ongoing across the planned four-episode arc. It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android, in English, without censorship. Episode 1 adds eight growth stages, extensive sprite coverage, and suit-strain visuals, plus more than 150 character sprites covering stages, outfits, and expressions. The update also includes Natalie, Adam, Jax, and Mira, an original synth-led soundtrack, voice acting in selected dialogue and intimate scenes, and Ren'Py features such as saving, skipping, rollback, and autoplay.

Natalie is a redheaded heroine on a four-person team. Cyan suit, no cape. Quietly competent. Until a routine fight goes long, and something in the air leaves her body running hot. By the next morning her suit is tighter. By the end of the week she’s outgrowing it on camera. Her teammates notice. Adam, the team lead and the one who’s been quietly watching her for months, notices first. Jax pretends not to. Mira files a report. Whatever’s happening to her isn’t stopping. The suit can be re-tailored. The press can be managed. What Natalie is supposed to do with the way Adam is looking at her now. That’s the part nobody wrote a protocol for. A four-episode arc about a heroine that want's every eye in Manhatten to notice her
