About The Long Journey Home

The Long Journey Home is a 2D AI CG adventure RPG with rogue-lite elements, made by Moonflow in Unity. You play a woman stranded in a fantasy world who must find her way home. The game moves between map locations and presents events that ask you to make choices. Those choices can rely on or change your stats, and your stats can affect what happens next. It feels like an old-school text RPG, but with more visual presentation. It also has simple combat and meta progression that improve your next run. The story includes fantasy, corruption, and domination themes.

The current build is Alpha v0.45, released on November 6, 2026, and development is ongoing. It is available for Windows in English and is uncensored.

'The Long Journey Home' is an adventure RPG with rogue-lite elements. A woman gets stuck in a fantasy world and has to find her way home. In the game, you travel from point to point on a map and experience events in which you have to make choices. These choices can depend on or influence your stats and vice versa. It's much like a very old-school text rpg, but with more visuals. It includes a very simple combat system, and a meta progression system, which helps you improve for the next run.
