The Mistress Is All Around is a Ren'Py visual novel by MistressQ, presented with animated 3D CG artwork. It is aimed at male masochism. You play a business elite who also enjoys being dominated, but he becomes aroused only around mistresses, creating shame and confusion. By chance, he encounters four mistresses whose influence reshapes his life, leading to painful and pleasurable encounters.
The current build is v1.05, dated May 13, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows and Android in English, without censorship. The update adds 386 images and 45 animations, keeps four branch paths named Michiko, Catherine, Anna, and Ivy, and notes that choosing them does not change later plot. MistressQ considers Michiko the official route, despite having no explicit scenarios, because it sets up Miki's second ending; four main mistress scenes are also included.
Developer's description
The Mistress Is All Around is a visual novel game for the Male Masochism
You are the business elite, but also a masochist. You can only get an erection when facing a mistress, which causes you great distress. However, by chance, you meet 4 mistresses, and their presence changes your current life. Countless painful yet joyful experiences await you in the future.
v1.05
Updated with 386 images and 45 animations.
This chapter still offers four branching paths:
Michiko
,
Catherine
,
Anna
, and
Ivy
. Choosing any of these paths will not affect the subsequent plot. However, I believe
Michiko
's path is the official route, even though it doesn't include any NSFW scenarios, as it sets the stage for
Miki
's second ending.
This chapter also includes four main mistress scenes, which many people may not be interested in, but I've included them here anyway.
v1.04
Chapter 14
Updated with 555 images and 39 animations.
This chapter contains multiple branching options, each corresponding to a separate scene for
Chika
,
Riko
,
Reina
, and
Kasumi
.
And you can tell me which single scene in this chapter is your favorite.
Chapter 14 connects to the
True Ending

Silver Beach
. There, MC will have new adventures.
v1.03
Chapter 13
Updated with 443 images and 56 animations.
This chapter will have multiple options to advance the plot, the most important of which is Saki's ending. The content of this ending is extreme cuckold fetish. I usually call it NTR, so if you don't like this kink, please don't enter this ending. Another true ending will connect to the contents of Chapter 14.
This ending is NTR/cuckold, if you don't like it, you can choose not to enter this ending.
Fixed the issue where only 2 letters could be displayed when customizing the protagonist's name. Now a maximum of 8 letters can be displayed.
Fixed the issue of black screen flashing when transitioning between animations.
v1.02
Updated with 312 images and more animations.
Saki's ending will be added in Chapter 13. I'm not sure how many people will like it, so there will be a clear hint in Chapter 12, and you can choose to skip this ending in Chapter 13.
v1.01
The story is updated to Chapter 11. The plot of Chapter 11 will connect to the True Ending of Chapter 10. Due to the popularity of Anna and

The pacing and situations in this game are so terrible that I burst out laughing at all of them. I don't know if this is intentional or not, but I was damn near crying laughing. The animations are great, the…

The game is generally good, a lot of fetishes ,a great pace and good variety. The problem in my opinion is the dirty talk. I find it weird that the scenes are so hardcore and yet the dirty talk is…

As a previous reviewer mentioned the main focus of the game is the main character's interactions with the four main female characters each with their own personalities/designs/kink focuses. So far none of them are unlikable, this also extends to side…
