About The Pills
The Pills is a text-based HTML game by MChapeau. You play a young man given a bag of colored pills, each with different physical and mental effects. The game is a short choice-driven story rather than a full life simulation, letting you decide how the protagonist John changes and who he interacts with. Adult themes include transformation, mind control, and corruption.
The current build is v0.6.0, released on May 1, 2025, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. This update brings all endings from v0.3f, with some new triggers, and adds 29 endings, mainly for Emma, Veronica, and Jennifer. The total is now 302 endings plus 24 secret endings, along with new content for Emma's dates.
