The current v0.1 Beta build, released on March 5, 2025, is a beta release, so development is ongoing. It is available for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android in English, and it is uncensored. The latest 0.1b notes describe a second release of the original build, replacing 3D art with AI-generated images, removing copyrighted videos, adding animations, making minor improvements, and adding an Android version.

The story of The Pink Answer 2 picks up exactly at the end of the first game. You are an agent working for "The Pink Answer," an organization dedicated to taking out the undiserable parts of society and transforming them into beautiful and obidient transwomen to serve and satisfy a very exclusive clientele. Thanks to the resounding success with your first patient, you have been promoted and assigned a new patient. This is a game heavily focused on forced sissyfication, forced feminization, and transformation through the magic of the "Fempils," a drug that will (under very specific circumstances; that's where the player comes in) gradually transform a male into a sissy transwoman.
