WAIVORIA Studio’s Ren'Py visual novel The Velvet Orchid offers an adults-only first-person romance story. You play a male protagonist who keeps returning to an exclusive venue called the Orchid, where staff, residents, and guests become familiar through repeated visits, private talks, and intimate moments. The presentation uses animated AI CG artwork, and some relationships develop quickly while others need more trust.
The current build is v0.1, released on October 1, 2026 as an initial public release. It runs on Windows and Linux, in English, without censorship. The update adds a playable opening, over 40 original illustrated CGs, about 40 extra scene variants, roughly 85 still images, voice lines involving all 8 women, animated SFW and NSFW scenes, 11 adult encounters, and Free Play once current story content is finished.

The Velvet Orchid is an adults-only first-person romance visual novel centered on an exclusive venue that gradually becomes a second home to the protagonist. Night after night, he grows closer to the women connected to the Orchid — its staff, residents, and guests — through recurring encounters, private conversations, and increasingly intimate moments. Some relationships move quickly, while others take more time, familiarity, and trust. As those relationships develop, he begins discovering the more personal side of the Orchid and the people who inhabit it.
